We hired Lifetime Roofing & Renovation to fix a leak in our deck that was getting into the kitchen below. Sam came out the day after we made a request on Yelp and was right on time. He took a look at the jobsite and was able to evaluate the root cause, which was that the old surfacing of the roof was damaged in many places allowing water to get through. He put together a quote in his car after and shared it with me. The price was comparable to a quote we had got last year for the same service and Sam said they'd be able to get it done the next day (Friday before Christmas, the 22nd), so I hired them on the spot.

Unfortunately, they were not able to make the original commitment of Friday because they were not sure the work would be completed before Saturday, when we were heading out of town for travel. The next week was Christmas and seemed bleak weather-wise (lots of rain predicted) but Sam promised the work would get done before the end of the next week. This was critical since we had a party planned at the end of that week and couldn't host people if our kitchen was leaking from the ceiling.

Friday and Saturday were extremely sunny and would have been perfect days to complete the job, but we ended up scheduling for Tuesday (26th) after Christmas. On Tuesday the crew showed up past noon and it was clear there was some miscommunication because they thought they were only going to be putting the new ply torch layer down and not doing any demo or replacing rotting wood. The crew didn't think they would be able to wrap up the job before the rains came. I called Sam and he coordinated with the crew. The plan was to do some short-term leaks to protect us from the rains on the 27th and then come in to do the full job when the weather was better. So the crew did that work in about 25 minutes and left.

The next night it rained and although it was better, there was still leaking into the kitchen below. I messaged Sam and although I didn't receive a message back until later, the crew showed up on the 28th at 7:30 AM to do the work. They were able to set up a ladder from the front and didn't need access through the property, which was great. They completed the job (demo old floor, replacing some rotting wood, putting down several layers of new material) by around 3:00 PM. We've had several days of rain since, including heavy rain, but no leaks. Yay!

In summary, I would recommend Lifetime Roofing but there's definitely room to improve from the communication side. I suspect that they had no crew available for the 22nd-23rd which is why they pushed to after Christmas. Because if the job could be completed without access through the property, they could definitely have completed it on the 22nd/23rd without being at risk of us leaving before they were done. Similarly, there was some miscommunication about the scope of work between Sam and the crew.

However, they were able to navigate these hurdles and complete the job (with a 20-year warranty). I am still waiting for them to complete the final inspection and collect the payment balance!

we were looking for a roofing company that would work on our mobil home, at first we had a hard time finding someone to work with. when we called Lifetime Roofing they sent out a inspection person the next day.super informative and friendly. discussed the difference between the different kind of roof material and what would last the longest and look the best. we went with owens crowing shingles in white . it looks amazing, they completed the project in 2 days . the project manager Danny was very helpful . highly recommended for any roofing project now the in the future .

His company was competitive and gave us a choice of two of the best shingles on the market. Harry was patient with us as we changed our minds from one choice to another. Finally settling on one the job was ready to go. Harry sent in a good size crew to get the job done to beat the rain. 2 days later the roof was done & looks great. Then the gutter guys came in and finished off the job. We are very happy with the completed job. Give this company a look if you are in the market for quality work.

Martin was very responsive to all my concerns and questions, no question or concern went unanswered. Even though Lifetime bid was higher than others that we received their presentation, 50 year warranty and the transferability to another owner also played into our decision to hire them. As in their presentation all the workers who worked on our house were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend them!

i got mad about project manager name Celio, he lied to me as a senior ,didnt know about the roofing works. he told me everything i showed him that,company will do it. later on, all damage didnt fix or replaced. and addition, his workers tried cover somerwhere damage, i asked why, he said not for roofing job. he made me confused. that time i know i already got hack. i said ok i will pay extra and he supposed calling, and left. he said his manger will come to inspect the roof because i want to install insolution but his manager not show up. you can see the new roof on the top but just covered damage under that. work not on time, his workers came work on my roof at night , lots of mess in my garage, ect.. i got crazy with them. i felt i got the wrong company and worried i spent lot of money for unhappy thing.
