I had a great experience working with Levon from Lifetime Roofing. After the incessant heavy rains that we've been having, I had a hard time finding roofing companies that would even be willing to come out and give an estimate. Levon gave a very competitive quote for a flat roof replacement, was able to get the crew out quickly and they completed the job in 2 days.
They also offer the kind of warranty that other roofers do not.

I don't usually do reviews, but had to for Lifetime Roofing. We had so many problems with an ongoing roof issue and most estimates were insane. It took us six months to finally land on Lifetime. They were competitive on price, but the planning and attention to the customer was the difference. I cannot speak enough praises for the project manager Johnny. He was the most thorough when inspecting and presenting the estimate. He climbed through the attic and walked the roof when most guys didn't even get off the ground to give an estimate. He even helped us diagnose our problem and get money back from our solar company to offset the cost. He didn't need to do it, but treated our home like it was his. Like any big projects, there were hiccups like weather, and minor aesthetic issues, but Johnny made sure the work was to OUR standards. Even though the roof work is complete, minus the solar, Johnny is still lining up inspections for the solar company, even though it isn't his responsibility to do so. He also has an open line any time we see any other problems. ASK FOR JOHNNY.

Hello Everyone,

I don't have a bad word to say about any of the contractors that can to give an estimate . They were friendly and courteous . The problem I had with all of them was cost they provided over all . One even stated that his company had a minimum and would not come out for less than a thousand dollars . I thought that was a little outlandish but who am I to judge there overhead . So I'm going to wait until summer and try again when the cost of living is still high and jobs are slim . That should give me more of an advantage instead of the rainy season .

Levon is an absolute professional he made the process so easy for us. He gave us a price up front when he came for a free estimate. Followed up with an email quote. His office called and emailed to follow up if there were questions or if we had decided on who we would pick. Their price was competitive so we went with them. Our job was the front of our house roof which was older than the back side which was an addition. The front was leaking in and needed replacement. The job took 1 day and every looks good. Thank you for a great job. The true test will be the next big rain which I'm sure this new shingles will withstand.

The rain revealed a new leak, in addition to a couple of older leaks. The staff at Lifetime Roofing were friendly, efficient and provided several options after their free estimate completed by their man Johnnie. Johnnie was super professional and friendly, as was Roxy dealing with the paperwork. Everything was easy and electronically completed. Johnnies workers repaired the leaks in less than a day. They also replaced the broken sky light and now we are headed towards brighter days. I wholeheartedly recommend Lifetime Roofing.

Lifetime Roofing and renovation provided professional service from beginning to end. Levon the project manager took his time and answered all the questions I had for him from beginning to end. This was a project with many different stages and Levon made sure everything went smoothly. His team did a excellent job, making sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. I would recommend them as I already have to a few friends. Granted it was a mess, but the outcome is beautiful.

Outstanding service and communication with ""Johnny"". This company won me and my wife over, because they made attempt after attempt to get in contact with us. They showed up when they said they would...they started when they said they would....they completed the roof when they said they would. If there was a discrepancy about anything, Johnny made it right and stood by his ""word"". The MOST ETHICALLY-run business that I have dealt with.
