From the initial inspection to getting the roof completed, communication with the roofing coordinator, Johnny was excellent between me and his team which did an incredible job. The cost was very affordable and the results were absolutely exceptional; I recommend this company to anyone needing a roof done right.

Outstanding service and communication with ""Johnny"". This company won me and my wife over, because they made attempt after attempt to get in contact with us. They showed up when they said they would...they started when they said they would....they completed the roof when they said they would. If there was a discrepancy about anything, Johnny made it right and stood by his ""word"". The MOST ETHICALLY-run business that I have dealt with. No, they didn't pay me to write this...they deserve this incredibly great review. I am a paramedic who believes in great service to others, but unfortunately it is rare to find nowadays. Lifetime Roofing and Renovation is a SURE THING...I HIGHLY recommend this company.

After meeting with 4 or 5 roofers, I went with lifetime roofing for our new roofing project. Levon was very professional and polite and lifetime provided a very strong quote. Additionally, they are certified w Owens Cording and are able to cover the warranty of the products. At the end of the day the project was completed in a satisfactory manner and the end result is great, however, there were some issues along the way: the back of our yard has a gate that we informed the team needed to remain closed, so our dog would remain safe, yet it was left open, even after reminding the team a few times. Fortunately, nothing bad happened. The small front porch section of the roof was overlooked with the initial reroofing, and the team had to come back and complete that once it was discovered. Our dryer vent was disconnected for the project (as the vent was on the roof) but was not reconnected. It was discovered due to the fire alarm going off during use of the dryer. The hot air was venting directly into the attic, which triggered the fire alarm. Once Lifetime was noticed, the team came and promptly repaired this. Lastly, the attic was a mess. The team never accessed the attic, so they were unaware, however the scope of the work left the attic covered in debris. An unfortunate consequence but nothing that wasn't remedied with a thorough vacuuming. All in all, the end result is nice, Levon handled the overlooked front porch and dryer vent promptly, and we're grateful for there service.

I got estimates from 3 roofers & selected Lifetime Roofing. Their inspections were the most thorough. They mentioned issues others didn't even look nor noticed.
They added lots of low profile attic vents, did new drip edge correctly to connect the rain gutter, did vent flashings right & even spray painted them to match the roof shingle color. Took care of issues large & small.
On top of being professional & efficient, I'm very grateful for their personal kindness & care. Thank you Johnny & Levon!! I'll recommend them to friends & neighbors.

Johnny K and Lifetime Roofing are one of those few professional contractors that truly care about the integrity of their work. He's very quick to respond to questions and concerns day and night. They are also very flexible in dealing with weather delays and expediting city inspections. If any unforeseen issues pop up, Johnny will be transparent about it and give you an update on additional costs and adjusted schedule that is within reason. They're one of the few people in the construction business who will under promise and over deliver, which is a rare trait. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Just finished roofing project with Lifitime Roofing and Renovation. Overall my experience has been excellent. First, Johnny came to my house, inspected the roof, explained everything what will be done ,and provided me with the estimate that beat all previous ones. Replacement of bad wood and flat roof over the patio was included. Johnny was exceptional. He was coming every day and answering all my questions and worries. He even arranged the notary visit to my house and paid for that. Moreover, he waived permit fee.Work was done very fast with exceptional quality. During the work the area was absolutely clean.
