They just completed the replacement of our roof recently due to hail damage. They were efficient, polite, and kept me informed at each step of the process. Jamie, Lisa, and Oscar delivered a quality roof and service to match. Lifetime had replaced our roof in 2008, and, after some questionable approaches by two other companies contacted, we decided to again give the business to Lifetime, and we're glad we did. I highly recommend them for any roofing need.

Had another roofer scheduled to inspect a leak and they no showed, so I called Lifetime and they worked me into their schedule same day I called which I'm sure was already booked for the day. I really appreciated Lisa's help and she was very professional. They arrived on time & were honest about what caused leak with pictures of locations too. Leak was repaired, done in a timely manner & reasonably priced! Would definitely use Lifetime for any future needs

I was part of the recent hail storm and concerned with who to trust for my roof and gutters. The morning after the hail storm I had 3 out of state companies call me to give me a ""free"" inspection. I knew I wanted someone local, someone who had been in the business for quite a while and someone I could trust.
I called Lifetime Roofing, along with a couple other companies. They were the only company that called me back the same day and within a couple of hours of my call. Chad has been extremely helpful and very professional. His follow through, as well as the staff at his office, has made this situation much more comforting and reassuring. I'm excited to have my roof and gutters replaced and I'm so grateful Lifetime Roofing is the company to do it.

We had our roof replaced by Lifetime Roofing in 2014 through our HOA. The roof had begun to leak after a recent weather event which resulted in interior water damage. Our HOA explained that they do not cover for interior damages and had suggested for us to contact the roofing company. They then provided us with the name of the company which is Lifetime roofing and their contact information.

We called Lifetime Roofing on numerous occasions, leaving multiple voice messages requesting for a call back in regards to questions and concerns we had to our roof and the interior water leak. Eventually, one of our attempted calls was answered by a female receptionist. We explained our situation and concerns regarding the roof leak and interior water damage. Her response was nothing short of rude with phrases such as ""it's not my problem"", so we asked for her name so that we could let our HOA know whom we've spoken to from the roofing company. She refused to provide even that information to us and than hung up abruptly. We called back to state that we weren't appreciative of her hanging up on us and if she keeps avoiding us we would have to drive up there to perhaps speak to someone else for some assistance. She then says that if we do go up there, she would call the cops to have us arrested for harassment. Although we were in no way threatening, she once again hung up on us.

Whether the roof leak and interior damage was caused by the roofing job or whether they are responsible or not for it, we simply wanted to ask if there's anything they can do for us about the leakage or if we can see the contract. There was no need to yell and hang up on us as a professional business, in our (homeowners: my dad and I) history of dealing with service companies, we have never dealt with such rudeness.

I had my roof and gutters replaced. Horrible experience. My roof was leaking around the fireplace. The salesman, Jeff Cavendar, said they would do something to stop the leak until the roof could be replaced (this was during the rainy spring) but what they did not stop the leak at all. And they have a relationship with Nationwide insurance. I already had an estimate and money from Nationwide but they actually talked to Nationwide and got the already completed estimate reduced. The first time we met he said he would submit the amount of the insurance claim and even showed me an example. Then, after the job was complete, he talked to Nationwide and got the claim reduced. Total 180. Also, the reason I was getting the roof replaced was the leak around the fireplace. While they were replacing the roof he said he decided they needed to replace the flashings around the entire fireplace and it would cost an extra $600. He wasn't planning to replace flashings around the entire fireplace to begin with?!! That was my first direction. Now it is costing an extra $600. Incredible.

Just an update regarding Tommy V's (President of Lifetime Roofing) comment on my post...It was just more of the same thing that his manager gave me. ""We didn't charge you for a drip edge"", ""We gave you a shingle upgrade"", ""We gave you a $400 sign credit"", ""The note on the contract said that you would be at the job watching the entire time"":...Are you kidding me? I was supposed to be at my home the entire 2 days watching your people work? Really? I work full time dude, get real! Great, I got a shingle upgrade and a sign credit. The only problem is the lack of a drip edge, not the quality of the shingles you installed or the price of the job!!! Quit dancing around the issue here Tommy! How exactly is this a result of my negligence? Take a quick drive by my home and tell me what you see. What you will see is a perfectly manicured lawn, a nice paint job, and excellent pride of ownership. Negligent is not something that describes me or my property with the exception of the fact that there is no freaking drip edge on my roof and as a result, I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my soffit and facia boards thanks to Lifetime Roofing's negligence. You don't seem to get the fact that your salesman Dan Clark told me a drip edge was unnecessary and a waste of money and advised me not to have one installed when I requested one. You also don't seem to understand that I accepted his advice at the time and agreed to proceed without one. My issue is that 5 years later, I am finding out that Dan's advice was total horseshit and apparently so is the customer service aspect of your company. Your website advertises Christian values, family, the church that you attend and all this other nonsense. What it comes down to is your guys cut a corner on my job and the result is a very expensive repair that I now have to do to my home. My check was long ago cashed and screw me basically. I am going to further spread the word of my experience with your company to everyone I know who is looking for a new roof and steer them clear of your company due to this experience. I have not told one mistruth about this experience, but only the facts. Interesting that you could not be bothered to return my phone calls when I specifically asked for you but now you sit behind your computer and write this to defend your worthless company and name. Go to hell.
