Patrick F.Lifetime roofing has abandoned a job after 8 long months of waiting for them to complete whats on the contract. I live in Homestead ,FL I hired Lifetime Roofing to replace my roof after Hurricane Irma. They seemed to have great reviews then. But in the past 8 months things had changed. No one answering calls or calling back. I was waiting for my tiles to be delivered to finish the my roof. Steve was one of the owners ( and he has resigned) But his partner is Joel is now the sole owner of the company ( I wont post last names to keep with in the guidelines) . But you can find all the info on the Florida State websites. If anyone out there is still waiting for them to finish a job.. get a lawyer asap!
Heather T.Do not hire! Owner Steve is unprofessional and takes advantage of his customers. After working on my mother's roof, his team left a disgusting mess in her yard (nails, metal, trash everywhere), and when she kindly asked that his team finish the job properly and pick up the materials they left, he responded rudely and unprofessionally. On top of that, the roof is incomplete - cement peaking through tiles, broken tiles on roof, tar dripping down, and that's just what is visible from the ground. Who knows what the condition is on top.
My mother is a single woman in her 60s, and this disgraceful man thought he can take advantage of her.
Why take a chance on a roofer who clearly has no regard or pride for his work or customers? I suggest you go elsewhere...
