Federico & his wife climbed on our roof for more than an hour measuring the ridges to get an estimate for replacement. The quote was excellent and started the work within a few days. They spent extra time replacing the ridges due to the steepness of my roof and did a great job. They are hard working honest people. I have another roof job for them in the near future.

This is a review just based on the quote they gave me and on follow up after the quote. I'm still waiting to hear back from them and it's been about 2 weeks.

They were almost half price the average bid for a new roof.

Most bids that I have received give a very detailed list of the shingles that are used, the underlayment which is the water barrier that goes under the shingles, the venting system, the permits that are needed, and the cleanup and other related issues.

All the bid said was a new roof. What does that mean exactly?

Well that sounds good, there was no detail as to what would be provided for a new roof.
To get that low of the price they have to cut corners somewhere.

I requested a more detailed quote and I've not heard back from them yet.
