This is a review just based on the quote they gave me and on follow up after the quote. I'm still waiting to hear back from them and it's been about 2 weeks.

They were almost half price the average bid for a new roof.

Most bids that I have received give a very detailed list of the shingles that are used, the underlayment which is the water barrier that goes under the shingles, the venting system, the permits that are needed, and the cleanup and other related issues.

All the bid said was a new roof. What does that mean exactly?

Well that sounds good, there was no detail as to what would be provided for a new roof.
To get that low of the price they have to cut corners somewhere.

I requested a more detailed quote and I've not heard back from them yet.

My mom needed to having the roof fixed and didn't know where to look. I went to yelp and found Lico roofing. They are awesome and very honest. Other companies from this site estimated the roof and it was recommended to completely remove and install a new roof, which cost a lot. Lico estimated the roof and said that the roof is still in good shape and only needs to be upgraded and not replaced for 1/3 the cost of the estimate of a new roof. I highly recommend their company and hope this review helps with your decision.

Thought I needed a new roof her in Hollister so I contacted Licos roofing since they have great reviews on yelp. Federico the owner came out to take a look at my roof. He has got to be one of the most honest guy's in the business. I was almost certain I needed the roof and he informed me that I still had at least 5 years left on the roof and that I did not need to put money into it at the time. He went over some things to keep an eye out for and took his time explaining everything to me. When it is time to actually put the roof on I will definitely reach out to him because he seems to be very honest so I will trust his pricing. Thanks again Federico!!

Very disappointing. He was 2 hours late for our appt and was surprised to find I was not home!
He never called to notify delay nor did he apologize. If you expect competent communication and reliability, look elsewhere for roofing assistance.
