I hired Liberty in October/November 2018. We first spoke in late September 2018 regarding the estimate and time frame from start to finish (which I was told was 7 days as long as the weather permitted). This home is my first home and my first time dealing with insurance companies and permits and all that. So at the start I was pretty trusting and everything seemed fine, they were paid on time and everything to go ahead and start. I dont think my roof was started until November. I have a 1600sq ft home. My roof was not finished until March, several months later. There was constant delays. In between that time I had several issues, the men left cigar butts, food wrappers, cafecito cups, and debris from the roof including nails all over my lawn. Anthony said he would speak to his men but it didnt change. In December, when my roof was only partially done, my flat roof began to leak very badly. I had never had leaks in my home prior to this. I was simply updated my roof and asked for single wrap beams for a hurricane discount. He came the next day and fixed that leak but my entire roof was still not complete. When the roof was ""finished"" in March, my inspector came to check it to apply my discount for the type of beams we had installed. To my surprise, the single wraps were not placed on some of the beams, in other words, it was half assed done. He had to come back out and fix that. Another issue we had was when I went to City of Homestead, I found out that he had not pulled/picked up the permits yet to work on my roof at all. I did not know that when someone comes to work on the home the license must be displayed in the window. Anthony told me all he had to do was go pick them up which was not the case, and keep in mind they had already started to work on my home. ANOTHER issue....I have a shed in the back that needed a flat roof replaced that was done AFTER the roof completed in March. This was on the contract and estimate to be done. Overall it was a horrible experience. They reimbursed me $1000 I think for my ""troubles"". Meanwhile I had remnants of shingles, nails, and garbage all over my lawn. My grass was dead from their equipment sitting on my lawn for MONTHS. I have pets and kids and decided to clean it myself because dealing with them was such a nightmare.

Fast forward to today, my new roof not even 3 yrs old, I come home to a leak in my laundry room.

I looked up the number to call them and did some digging to find out their license earlier this year was revoked in January and reinstated in April.

I had two single family home roof complete re shingle projects completed. Very competitive pricing. Two thumbs up on that. I would recommend them as long as you as a customer understand that there can be weather delays. I had a few issues arise during the second re roof project. They were able to address the issues. I would say that the accountability & craftsmanship of the workers should be closer monitored to ensure any issues. I would also say I've attempted to contact them regarding a ""later date facia replacement"" more due to my needs of removal of an attached patio to be demolished... but calling multiple times or texting even to refer my neighbor for a quote... ghost. No reply. No call back. But hey, they aren't required to tell me personally if they are out of town or just super busy - as my jobs are completed - it's not an active job that needs immediate attention. To sum it up overall, they are still a roofing company I would recommend. Just understand they may have multiple projects going on, so adjust your expectations. Monitor your project to ensure satisfaction. They will do their best to reconcile any hiccups. Anthony and LiAnn are great. I would do another roof project with them bottom line. I hope this helps in future homeowners decision making when choosing a roofing contractor. I chose them twice y'all!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE - MY ADVICE. They quoted a job $2500 while 5 other roofers quoted between $1000 and $1500 AND THEY MISSED HALF OF THE JOB, 3 steps from where they worked and didn't put some of tiles back. The owner wanted me to pay in full before they fixed the part they missed. I am left wondering if they missed on purpose so they can come back and claim it's a new leak. Then, the owner said he will sue me if I posted these comments. TERRIBLE PEOPLE. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM.

I have had the pleasure of working with Anthony, the CEO, directly. I had to have the roof replaced at my home and knew I needed a team that was not only capable, but efficient. After reaching out, he immediately sent out a team to inspect the roof. After the inspection, we discussed the price (which was more than fair) and he had the team start right away. The process was quick and the girls in the office always kept me updated on the progress of the roof. Within 3 weeks, everything was completed (record time). I am thankful for the great experience and would recommend working with Anthony at Liberty Roofing Group and his team whenever you need anything roof related!!
