Vic came out as soon as he said he would and had his crew working on our home within 48 hours. Done has promised. Crew did a great job cleaning and they made sure nothing was left when they were done. Very pleased with our new roof and the whole company.

I had a leak in my roof and had several companies come out to help diagnose where the leak was coming from. Jeff came out very promptly (within 2 days of calling), spent a little while looking at the roof, and provided an estimate within a day. He was great to work with and made sure to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it, helping to educate someone who knows nothing about roofs. He also took the time to look at another spot on the roof where we noticed a water mark on the ceiling. Overall, Liberty Roofing (and Jeff in particular) were very easy to work with and would recommend them!

Disgusting lack of customer service. Yelled at my 70 year old Mother who was told she had a roof issue with the roof they installed. Told her she didn't know what she was talking about. Their employee Jeff is a real piece of work. Wish I had met him over there it would have gone alot differently. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...Would have give zero stars if it were an option

Be warned this company has very unprofessional sales people! I called into the office about a roof leak told them it was leaking around the chimney cap needed the chimney cap rebuild down to the roof line. A guy name Jeff showed up said they don't do that and asked me why I had called a roofer? They ad reads ""Liberty Roofing & Home Improvement"". What a waste of my time!!!

I used this company to give me a free quote and inspection on a house I was looking to buy. I originally called and scheduled a time for a Thursday, but one of their roofers, Jeff, called me later that day and said they had double booked him. So we rescheduled for a different day.

The day off, he arrives earlier than me. He gives me a 15 minute window of time to buffer things, but he got there right on time. The inspection was seamless and very thorough. Jeff went over everything with me and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done.

After that, we parted ways. I reached back out to him about a month later asking if his proposal was still good. The rate he gave me was still good so I went ahead and scheduled a time for him to come out for the roof repairs.

Well, just my luck, but the scheduled day-of, it rains. And rains. And rains some more. He was supposed to be at the house between 9-9:30am, but he emailed me at 7:30 and told me we'd have to reschedule due to the threat of rain. At first I was annoyed. It wasn't raining at 9:30am. But by noon, several pockets of rain had already rolled through. So we tentatively reschedule for Thursday.

Thursday morning looks good and he arrives earlier than expected. Around 8:30ish as opposed to the 9-9:30 window. He gets straight to work and also gets done earlier than expected. Everything looked good! Jeff is a very friendly guy and he's more than happy to expand on his knowledge if you want to lend him your ear for a bit.

In the end, I paid less than $900 for everything and the work comes with a 1-year warranty. I definitely recommend using Jeff!

I gave Liberty roofing an after-hours phone message at 6PM or so, and they called back within the hour... wow!

I'll keep everyone posted on how the job goes, if they win my roofing repair contract.
