I scheduled a repair 3 weeks out , I receive no call no show repeatedly. When someone finally showed up his quality of work looked like my 5 year old grandsons did it. I called owner and requested someone to come out and look at his work. His response was I talked with him and he will redo it. Next morning the same guy showed up high/ drunk backed off in my ditch and only got one section done. Texted owner again and told him about his employee and his response on ""ok"" . This company is very unprofessional.

I called and made an appointment 3 days in advance and on the day of my appointment not only did they not show up at all, but they didn't even have the courtesy to call and cancel; instead they sent an email the following day saying, ""If you would like to reschedule we will be glad to be on time"". That is the most un""professional"" experience I've ever had.

If they get their act together and ever show up... and ever actually fix my roof leak... I'll cheerfully retract this review.

They originally came in September 2011 to fix a leak. The next time it rained there was still a leak. They returned and supposedly fixed it, but still leaking.

Now there have been 4 appointments where nobody has shown up to do anything. I've already paid them, so can't afford to go to one of their competitors. Very unhappy.
