Don't go with this company. Lee Leal is just a hustler.
Once you pay him him will ignore you if you have any issues with roof windstorm etc. Lee will lie and do everything he can to avoid you if there is no money in it for him. 0stars

After dealing unsuccessfully with another roofer, I was quite pleased with how it went. He got on his phone and filed my claim with my insurance company. The adjuster happened to be in the area that same day and Lee met with him as they inspected my roof. I got the money for a roof replacement within 5 days! He is very busy so don't expect him to drop everything ongoing but once everything gets scheduled, it will be completed.

I thought I could trust Lee Leal. The quote was for my house and playhouse and he only did my house. Told me he would be back ""next weekend"" for the playhouse. (The playhouse is large and covered by Windstorm Insurance as well.) He was called multiple times and his guys never came back. Also, my quote included the Windstorm Inspection Certificate because YOU HAVE TO HAVE THAT TO GET WINDSTORM INSURANCE IN GALVESTON COUNATY. He sent an Engineer out to inspection but NEVER PAID HIM so I got not certificate. I called the engineer and he said he had never been paid...it had been too long and he had to come back out an inspect at $425.00. Called Lee and he said he was having ""family problems"" and couldn't take care of that. Stay away from this roofer as he will take advantage of you. I referred family members to him and my clients and he still took advantage of me. Trust me...I'm a Realtor.

Lee Leal promised he would come work on my roof but was a no show for two days in a row. The first day I was an add on so I sort of understand. The second day he told me I would be his first appointment and I took of work to wait. Texted him at 8:45 and he told me he was on another appointment. Each time I tried to get an updated ETA he would basically say - ""when I'm done"" with no additional info. So unprofessional and disrespectful of other people livelihood and time. Stay away
