I can't imagine a better roofing company. They didn't give me the lowest cost estimate, but I was impressed with their personnel and approach. The owner actually went up on the roof to inspect it and make sure he knew what needed to be done (another company just used satellite pictures to quote the job). The general manager was very engaged with me throughout the job.

My roof was 47 years old, and I wanted to re-use the concrete tiles. They quoted a lift and re-lay, and although the tiles aren't made any longer, they immediately found a supply of old tiles that matched the profile (but not the color) of the tiles on my roof. They placed any replacement tiles in areas not visible from the street and painted them to match as closely as possible.

They finished the whole job in 4 days including city permits and inspections. The owner himself checked the roof at job completion to make sure it met his expectations.

Being a smaller company, I thought they would care a lot because every job is so important to them. I was right. The general manager was outstanding - he answered emails and provided status very quickly and made sure I was always satisfied. I never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a response. The crew was very experienced and very hard working, And as I said before, the owner was engaged from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend them.
