We had an excellent experience with this company. Everybody is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had a big roof repair done on our addition and they also patched up and sealed any other spots on our roof that looked like it needed it. It only took a couple days and now we feel totally confident our roof won't leak and will be way more weatherized than before, which will save on the energy bill down the road. Highly recommend this company!

The woman that answered the phone, MaryCruz Flores is extremely unprofessional and rude. I would suggest anyone needing a roof, etc. only deal with a company that has professional people that work there unlike Marycruz Flores. Marycruz Flores is absolutely horrible over the telephone.

My husband and I met with 6 different contractors before choosing LG Builders. Leo was the only contractor that immediately took us to show us similar projects at different stages. He also introduced us to his clients so we could ask questions and they all raved about LG.

They helped us add to our home so we could increase the size of our kitchen and add a second bathroom. We also opened up our floor plan and turned our existing bathroom into a master bathroom with a beautiful glass shower. We love our new home!

Leo and crew of LG Builders are great. They came by on time for the estimate on my roof and explained things so I could understand. They showed up on the date given for the work and finished on time. The technicians were clean and respectful of us and the property. The girls in the office are a delight. The job looks great. I am very pleased and highly recommend them. LG Builders is probably the most honest you can get. Our house had a leak from an above balcony, which caused a whole heap of issues. We had multiple contractors come with various price estimates and decided to go with LG builders. We went with the company because of the honesty of Leo. He was very clear about the difficulty or lack there of of certain aspects of the construction. For example, we had a roof tile above the leak that needed to be repaired. Other companies tried charging us 5,000 for the repair, stating, ""This is a very complex job."" Leo came in, took a look, and said, ""This is all of 5 minutes of work, I won't charge a client for something so small, It's no problem.""

It's that type of honesty that we admired. When we contracted the company, the entire construction was finished in 2 weeks (this includes a holiday during the week, too). Leo would check in with the construction regularly, the work was clean, professional, and very well done.

One thing I liked specifically is that Leo's staff are his staff and not random day laborers. I like the fact that they are a predetermined staff I can trust around my home, and each of them treated my home with the utmost care and respect.

we hardly give a 5 star or even a 4.5 star
Lg actually did what they promised for the price they promised. We know that companies give bids on showers only to come back a few days later and ask for $7,000-8k more ( happened to our neighbors ) but this wasn't the case they actually got the job done on time and very CLEAN ! Never asked for extra fees and we are probably going to get the recessed lights for the kitchen from them as well
my only small complaint is that they didnt work on father's day but most companies dont so... 5star
