Lewis Walker Roofing did an excellent job of installing our new metal roof. The crew was respectful and hard-working. They cleaned up really well afterwards. The price was excellent also, compared to other local Roofing companies.

Run as fast as you can. All professional and sweet talking until they get contract signed. left roof exposed on roof with no covering stating ""Don't worry once it dries out it will all be ok."" tore off 2 vents said we use top of line roof vents so you will not need them. left $300 damage to yard from getting dumpster getting stuck, said you signed a damage waiver. poor quality on shingles, and overpriced on everything. Sad part is this was a $22,000 job.They laughed all the way to the bank.

Run as fast as you can. Tried to get payment before final inspection. Have multiple issues with the quality of the workmanship and all they tell me is if it leaks or rusts within a year its covered. Two separate times someone came out here and both times they just started with excuses. Still hasn't had a final as of 9/15/21 and I've already been advised he would be putting a lien on my house. Won't fix anything at all. Save yourself and your family from a Lewis walker roofing nightmare and save your family's hard earned money!!!

Contracted to replace a roof with Lowes. Their contracted roofers were from HELL! They decided at the end of the home roofing job to just install ridge cap shingles on the last ridge. I called the Lewis Walker Roofing INC home office. The 5 guys were mad and that they needed to install a ridge cap vent with shingles over it. They argued with me that they did not have to install. All the materials were at the site. They cut the ridge cap shingles and installed the ridge vent and new ridge cap shingles over the existing ridge cap shingles. The rain blew in as the ridge cap vent was installed incorrectly. I had to argue with Lowes and Lewis Walker Roofing INC as both said that the ridge cap vent was installed correctly. Both tried to say good enough. Lewis Walker Roofing Inc refused to answer their phone and return calls to me. The Lewis Walker Roofing person was arguing that the ridge vent was installed correctly. Both denied that the ridge vent was installed incorrectly. Finally, Lowes agreed after looking at the proper installation instructions to correct. It took 3.5 weeks to correct. Should have been corrected within a day. Both wanted to argue good enough rather than correct. Way too much delay and hassle to correct.

Had my roof replaced by this company. Knowing the roof had been on my house most likely since it was built in 1997 I knew I was well overdue for a replacement. I got an estimate and a few months later singed a deal to have the work done. I have to say I was impressed with the work. I did. Have more plywood damage that anticipated but the crew still had the work done in two days and only slightly more than the estimate. Nice job!

We purchased new vinyl siding through Lowe's and this was the contractor they sent out - a roofing contractor. The siding was installed a total of three times, twice not passing inspection. First install was done so poorly we didn't even get to inspection, we demanded they do it again . . . Inspections failed for improper fasteners and installation method (they used sheetrock screws and screwed tight to the house). Each install was worst than the first, some seams did not overlap at all, the siding is wavy and cuts are not done well, so around outlets there are gaps. After three tries we said we were done with this company, the owner did not care enough to come out and look at the poor quality of this work so obviously they don't care, just collect the money and move on. Workers were extremely rude, inexperienced, and left a terrible mess each time. We also found out that the siding was the lowest quality on the market and Lowe's let's the installer provide the materials which was not the way this was presented to us by the sales representative from Lowe's. We thought we were getting a Lowe's product. Naturally the installer will bring the cheapest material so they have more profit. This job will need to be redone, we just hate it.
