WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! They were so fast to want to put a roof on my house. Definitely wanted the money faster than they were finished. I have a vaulted ceiling and they put over 100 nails through the roof to the inside and didn't want to fix it and wanted paid. I finally go them to fix it. They got over 6000 more than the roofing company i used previously but they sent in the information to the insurance so I let it go.
NOW.. 2 years later, I've called every day for now 9 days!!!! NO RETURNED CALLS!!!! They have a service company answering the phone. They are polite and give great lip service but they haven't done ANYTHING to get the problem resolved. I tried the owners cell phone based on Zoominfo, the vm is full. I am over this company!!!! I need the roof UP TO CODE!!!!

Shahab and team at Lewis Roofing were excellent. We needed to replace a roof rather quickly and not only did they do a great job in a short amount of time-- but they advised us well so that the outcome was a beautiful new roof that helped sell our house. This company was one of the first legitmate roofing companies to reach our neighbor following hurricane IAN. We contacted them and they immediately answered and then followed up with an appointmant. We reviewed our roofing issues and agreed to initiate a contract after some online research of the company.
I must say we have been very happy with their perfomance. We were the first to get a new roof (Shingles and underlayment) in a very short time at a reasonble price.
However, there has been an almost nonexistent followup with closing permits and the addition of gutters which were a side order. This is an issue we have reported in the past with no response.

From the moment Will Joyce arrived to do the inspection I got the feeling he was going to be thorough - and he was - all the way through. Photos, drawings, specs and the estimate were all emailed to me the same day he came out. He and the staff at Lewis worked with the insurance company, pushing through various challenges and then through supplements, resulting in a roofing and gutter job that exceeded all codes and looks really great. Jack was extremely helpful in explaining what was needed to get water from the roof to flow in a way that would not result in ponding issues.

The 2 that's installed the gutters were extremely efficient, including the removal of scrap pieces of gutter material. They were both extremely courteous.

First, it is important to know that Lewis Roofing solicits positive ratings on Google and Angie's list by offering a free upgrade to Rhino Roof Synthetic Underlayment.
A ""storm chaser"" came through my HOA (against posted restrictions for soliciting) with information stating we had several hail storms in our area. I did invite them to inspect the roof, where they found significant damage. Because I was uncomfortable with a few of our interactions, I checked further and there had not actually been any hail damage in the area. I asked another company to inspect. There was not, in fact, any hail damage and aside from some blistering, my roof was in good shape with two to five years left on it. I don't know if Lewis does good work. I do know that they are not honest.

I don't write many reviews, but when a local company does right by me, I feel like I had to..

I had a leak in my roof and I called Lewis for a repair estimate - turns out the leak was coming from missing shingles ( my roof is older )..

Chad tarped my roof and suggested I contact my insurance company.. The guy came out and I had a check in 2 weeks..

Omar's guys were awesome !
They replaced some wood and my roof was done in a day..

(I would have given 5 stars but I am still waiting on my GAF warranty,,)
