Randell R.Highly disappointed in Level X Construction. These people came across as caring respectful General Contractors.
My family hired these people back in July 2024 to complete a job that costed a large sum of money and it was told it would only take 2 months which turned into a few months.
They then disappeared with no form of communication and left my family kitchen and life in ruins.
Don't not use level x construction as they will steal your money and disappear.

Do not do business with Level X Construction- with Cassie Kang
To be short, I hired Level X Construction to complete a project on my home that was worth over 80K
They started the project back in July 2024 and were told it will be completed by Dec 2024.
In Dec I was unable to get in contact with anybody from Level X construction as all communication has been turned off.
Currently, I have a demolish kitchen with no cabinets.
They have done this to others in the past, started a project then disappear. They currently have an open lawsuit.
Please save your time and money. Find a real General Contractor that actually wants to do the job and not run off with your money.
Avoid at all cost.
Michael H.Beware. John Kang was doing business as Kang Construction LLC out of Frisco and has changed to Level X. There are several of us (prior clients) who have had poor, incomplete and in several cases outright theft of the funds used as deposit for work being done.
Rita F.John Kang with this company took a deposit from us months ago. He did not deliver any service and kept our money. He and the company (if ther really is one) has ghosted us . I have not been able to get my $9,000 back. Do trust them!

Hanson Y.Greetings all. We were looking for a company to remodel my parents kitchen and home in general. Took us awhile to find a reliable company but we did in level x. John kang was friendly and knowledgeable and work with us to keep us at the budget that we requested. They were able to modernize my parents kitchen. They updated all the rooms and even fixed cosmetic issues that wasn't even aware needed fixing. That's the kind of reliable service that made me trust them even more. They were always punctual and friendly whenever we met. I will be using level x again for all my future needs!
