Just do yourself a BIG favor and avoid. They will give cheapest quote then add THOUSANDS onto it!! My house looks WORSE than before. ZERO ATTENTION TO DETAIL! The first thing they did was show up and dump 10 bags of trash in my front yard- and left it there for days until I complained- they BROKE 2 CEILING LIGHTS BY HUGE CRASHES ON ROOF and WONT FIX!!! The whole thing is SHODDY AT BEST!!! They kept talking about ""The Pictures"" 100 pics of the same stuff- even pics of PRIOR REPAIRED WOOD!! Left ROTTED WOOD -PLUS THE EMPLOYEES FIGHT AND LIE!! Just RUN DONT WALK AWAY! Stephanie uses her dads cancer as an excuse so you feel bad arguing your points. They really SUCK! My roof is wavy and looks like CRAP!!

Wonderful company & owner! Fit my roof repair in before an oncoming hurricane. Found the problem, repaired it and when there was a slight issue stood behind their work. Highly recommend!

I was looking for an experienced professional roofing contractor and found one with Lester Paulk and Sons Roofing. Had our 25 year old leaking shingle roof with 2 flat porch roofs replaced in Aug 2020. The front flat roof was in poor shape and leaking badly. Out of 3 estimates this one was the best. All phases of work were explained in detail and the workers were polite, easy to understand and cleaned up waste materials at the end of each work day. it's been one year with no problems or leaks. I highly recommend Lester Paulk and Sons Roofing for any roofing needs.

They made sure I was informed on all aspects of the job. There were no surprises. The roofers arrived promptly and were very professional, pleasant and extremely clean! My roof looks FANTASTIC! Several neighbors commented on what a wonderful job they did and how clean the house was when they left. Stephanie, Carl and everyone in the crew that I was in contact with for this installation couldn't have been nicer!! It's truly a pleasure to be able to recommend this company, as these days, ""quality customer service"" seems to have been lost. These folks did a pretty good job on roofing my home 3 years ago, when Carl was running things, although even then getting things to happen as scheduled had some challenges. Unfortunately, I have since then referred a friend to them, and while she did get an estimate, she repeatedly has been unable to get them to call her back about scheduling, or with other questions. LOTS of promises by the daughter, Stephanie, to return calls or to get Carl to call, but then NOTHING ever happens. FAR too frustrating, and I will not recommend them again.

This company was highly referred to me by several people. I need a small item, and Carl has blown me off for 4 weeks. I've spent over a month asking him to give me an estimate and get a vent installed immediately because of the june heat. I left a voicemail asking that if they were not interested in the job, to have the decency to let me know so I could pursue other roofers. He came and left me a brochure without an estimate and never got back to me. If I have to beg for an estimate, then this company is not functioning as it should. I would not use them for a big roof because they can't/won't/don't want to earn my business on a simple thing. Lord knows what would happen on a big job. Steer clear. Something is amuck with these guys. They apparently don't need anyone's business anymore.
