Recommended Customer Reviews

Called to have my roof replaced. Less was professional he worked with my budget and gave me an amazing price. They worked quick and kept my yard extremely clean. Would absolutely recommend

Everything about my experience with Less-Co Roofing was nothing short of first rate! I originally received a recommendation from a neighbor who had some work done by them and my research of their reviews revealed that they were very reputable. I submitted my information online for an estimate for a leak and I received a call shortly afterfor an appointment. The owner, came out himself for the estimate and was absolutely wonderful, I ended up getting my gutters done as well ( they needed it! ). Quick quality work, great people and really good customer service. I am very happy with the work performed thank you so much for your great service!

We had such a wonderful experience with this company. They were referred by a friend to us and were one of several companies I called. I knew as soon as I spoke to them that this would be a great fit. Honest, great value, and professional are a few words that come to mind from the interaction. The re-roof was quick and efficient it looks great and so do our gutters. I keep walking outside just to take a look out how great it turned out. Thank you so much Less-Co for making this easy and doing such a great job!

Love Less Co roofing. We are a solar company and often run into customers who need new roofs prior to us installing solar. So we call Les and his team and they always are able to assist our customers quickly and affordably. An absolute pleasure to work with and their work is impeccable. Highly recommend.

I would not use this company.
I used Lessco Roofing in August 2006. But it was only months and years later that I realized what a terrible job they did.
They were hired to remove my wood shingles and replace them with regular shingles. Wood Shingles don't have a plywood base. When they removed the wood shingles, they didn't place any drop clothes anywhere in the house, garage, or yard to catch all the shingle staples and debris. It left a ton of debris in my attic, yard and garage. It was especially bad in the garage. Everything was covered in old tar papers, splintered shingles and these 2 inch long staples. The car, floor, shelves, counters, refrigerator, Holiday boxes. Everything was covered. What a huge mess. 3 Years later and we're still finding the staples in the garage and yard.
2. In the spring of 2006 we insulated our attic with blown insulation. Suddenly in the Winter of 2007, after the roof job, our house was freezing. Our heating bill hit $500/month. It turns out that in the 2 days that the wooden shingles were off, and the new roof was on, the wind at night (light wind because its hot august nights) blew all the insulation to a pile in the corner of the roof. More than 90% of our roof was wiped out of insulation - bare all the way down to the sheetrock. Obviously their employees saw this when they were putting down the plywood and shingles. Did they say anything???? Hell no. It cost us about 3 months of $500 heating bills, and $3000 to re-insulate the roof.
3. Lastly (I hope another surprise doesn't surface), they nailed shut a skylight. We don't use it often and didn't even try to open the skylight until the next summer. To my shock, when I went to crank the window open, it lifted up the entire frame. Another $500 to have someone fix it. Why didn't they fix it? They never answer my calls.
