My experience with Le Pierre Roofing was amazing from beginning to completion.
I called at 11am to request an appointment and was told they could be at my home by 3pm. They were 10 minutes early! I was greeted with a smile and a very professional inspection. By end of day I received an email with an itemized and clearly explained estimate. Since my insurance company forced me to get a new roof or they would cancel my policy, time and quality were important. I am very proud to say that my new roof is installed with plenty of time to spare and it is beautiful. The team did an excellent job.
They were professional, courteous, efficient, and when the work was finished, they did a complete cleanup making sure that there were no nails or debris left behind.

Gary LaPierre had a competitive price among the five roofing companies that bid my total roof replacement. Since he was recommended by several neighbors, I chose him to do the job. He showed up on time each day as promised. His crew was efficient, professional, and completed the job in the time estimated. They did a thorough cleanup of the worksite and there were no surprises with pricing upon completion. I was completely satisfied and I am a pretty picky customer.

I have an older home with a flat diamond type tile roof which is difficult to walk upon and on which a tile had detached falling to the ground. Knowing Le Pierre Roofing has been in this area for many years and having a good reputation, I called for a repair. Gary Le Pierre answered, and quickly said his agent would call back to schedule an appointment. Returning my call within a couple of hours, Robert made an appointment for the next day. Arriving on time for the evaluation, he quickly assessed the damaged quoting a very fair price to reattach the tile. I agreed figuring the need to schedule the repair. Surprise, as Robert had his men there within minutes and within the hour the tile was reaffixed! Quick check of other tiles, and job finished. My roof worries quelled by their competent skills, difficult for me---simple for caring professionals. Well pleased with the conscientiousness and promptness involved in the handling of my roof repair. P.S. About 2 hours after repair, there was a huge thunderstorm! How's that for great timing.

There was a leak in my roof over the garage. . .a bill I had not budgeted for..they came over with some materials and did a great patch at a price I could afford. .the leak is gone

We will need a new roof in not to long. ._I'll be seeing LA Pierre again. They are a family owned business based on Amelia Island. . they provide service throughout the Jacksonville area.

I hired Le Pierre Roofing to installed a new roof on my condo a recently. Their estimate quote was cheaper than other 2 companies that I've contacted so I decided to go with them. I was not wrong!
The team arrived right when they said they would and did a great installation job within 3 days. They were polite and honest. They also cleaned up their work place and left my home neat again. Thanks to all at Le Pierre.
