I received a few quotes for repairing my roof and I was going to choose Leonard's but because of poor customer service with the girl answering the phone, I had to go with someone else. I had called Leonard's to say I want to go with the quote and she said she would have him call me. I had to call them back a day or so later and her reasoning for not calling me was that they don't know when they could come out. So she couldn't call me to tell me that. I had to call them. I'm wanting to get my house ready to sell so time is very important and the receptionist more or less said that it would be months. I'm sorry, I can't do business with a company like that. I guess they have enough business and could give a darn about our small repair. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Another thing is they never did the computer test against the wall to check for water. He just looked at the ceiling and on top of roof to give me an estimate. Not a good company.
