I witnessed a careless driver on the freeway with this company logo on the side of the truck. Speeding and cutting in front of others very closely. They not only should check their drivers but looking at the reviews they need to check their skills to.

We have a new build home whose roof was installed by this company, my neighbor noticed we had some cracked tiles so I called the builder who directed me to Leonard's as the roof installer. We had a guy come out and check it out and said there were several tiles cracked but he fixed the major crack. He said we would be back to fix the rest and have Daisy contact me to set up a time. Never heard back!! Any builder using them to install roofs for their homes need to look for another company that has better customer service and response time. Oh he also try to place blame on the solar installer who cracked the tiles but the way he was walking up there, I doubt he cracked more of them. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!

Where do I begin? Every time it rained, the water leaked under the eaves and got the stucco wet. I called KB Homes about it and Leonard sends out a repairperson to take a look. The guy didn't even speak English. He poured some water down the roof to the edge. With the limited English skill he had, he told me that my rain gutter was to blame and that it should be shifted over a few inches. Then he left. I did what he asked, but that didn't solve the issue. Called AGAIN and this time they sent over Mark. He took several tiles off and discovered the problem. He ""fixed"" it. (When hurricane Hilary came by a few weeks ago, the same thing happened.) I asked for photos of his repair and a copy of the paperwork. I was told to contact Daisy, so I did. No response. I had to leave a voicemail and an email. Still no response. This was 8/15. Today is 9/4. Why does KB Homes do business with this company. I hope this is not the same company that also does the flooring because I have some issues with that as well.

Leonard roofing installed my 2019 built home's roof during construction. Then in May of 2023 a window washer walked on my patio roof and broke 3 tiles.
I called Leonard Roofing to see if I could have them come out and replace them.
They said Yes!
They sent a great guy who checked all of my roof, found no other broken tiles, then carefully installed 3 new ones on the patio roof. All of this for a low price.
I highly recommend Leonard roofing for new roof jobs and also repairs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are incompetent and dishonest. I bought a Pulte home and they were the vendor that Pulte contracted. I had a horrible situation where sand and soot were coming into my house through the kitchen range hood. This had been improperly installed and the venting was not done correctly. Pulte send Leonard out 4 times to fix the situation. They failed. To add insult to injury, their worker dented my new range stove top when he carelessly worked with the metal duct on top of the stove. They refuse to take responsibility.
I finally hired my own contractor who fixed the problem.

This company was hired by KB Homes and installed our roof. They botched the install and cut corners. Sure enough years later (and while still under builder warranty) our roof leaks and damages dry wall. They said it's not their fault, even though we had multiple inspectors confirmed the installation was done incorrectly. DON'T USE THEM!

I have had a pending solar repair issue for 1 year that they have failed correct. Their only response to multiple emails is that they are waiting for another company. This is an absolute failure. It's no wonder they have earned such dismal reviews on yelp and did not care when I said I would be making a complaint. Getting in line to complain I guess.

I purchased a brand new home through KB & this place is who they contracted to install all of their roofs in my subdivision. My home just hit the 5yr mark & I have tiles slipping out of place. I've had 2 separate roof inspectors come out & say it was due to ""faulty workmanship"" installation. I am looking into taking it to the next level as we no longer have warranty which makes no sense on a brand new home.

This firm consists of a bunch of terrible human beings. They installed the roof on my Lennar home and one tile cracked after a few years although the roof was claimed to have a 60 year life expectancy. I called twice today and the team was either having lunch or not available. The voice mail didn't have a greeting message.

This company is a joke!!! This company is very unprofessional. The employees that work the office are horrible at their jobs. They refused to pay for the damage done to my car by their company. Anita gave us the run around and was no help. she didn't respond to no emails I sent and returned no calls. It's sad this company has such unprofessional people working for them.
