I purchased a brand new home through KB & this place is who they contracted to install all of their roofs in my subdivision. My home just hit the 5yr mark & I have tiles slipping out of place. I've had 2 separate roof inspectors come out & say it was due to ""faulty workmanship"" installation. I am looking into taking it to the next level as we no longer have warranty which makes no sense on a brand new home.

This firm consists of a bunch of terrible human beings. They installed the roof on my Lennar home and one tile cracked after a few years although the roof was claimed to have a 60 year life expectancy. I called twice today and the team was either having lunch or not available. The voice mail didn't have a greeting message.

This company is a joke!!! This company is very unprofessional. The employees that work the office are horrible at their jobs. They refused to pay for the damage done to my car by their company. Anita gave us the run around and was no help. she didn't respond to no emails I sent and returned no calls. It's sad this company has such unprofessional people working for them.

Very disappointed in business practices and quality. Leonard Roofing installed my roof for home builder but will only warrant work for one year through the builder. What roofer warrants their work for only a year? Have had multiple roofing companies inspect via drone and found broken tiles that can only be explained by stepping on them and tiles that were not attached properly and are slipping off. Roof is 4 years old and hasn't been touched since installation with no trees or anything around it. Company will only fix issues if I pay hundreds of dollars for inspection and maintenance.

No call no show for an urgent tile repair request submitted two weeks ago and just gave excuses about another job running long and rescheduled me in two days. Could have called me to give me a heads up but Leonard Roofing Inc chose not too. Hopefully the tile doesn't fall and injure anyone in the meantime. Unfortunately the new community is stuck with this company for warranty repair work.

Shouldn't even get 1 star. I have tried several times to get a hold of them and they do not return calls or emails when they were promised. Now, again playing games with the phone when asked to speak to ""Norma"" the manager and female receptionist, Alena said both her and Aaron not there. I asked for this to be escalated and she hung up on me. Unfortunately, this roofing company installed my roof and now won't honor just a simple request. This is outrageous!! DO NOT trust or use Leonard Roofing!!

I would never even consider using this company because one of their employees thought it would be funny to park so close to my car that i couldn't open the door enough to get in when the parking lot wasn't even half full! If you are going to pull a malicious prank with a vehicle, have an I.Q high enough not to do it with your COMPANY TRUCK IN MOORPARK CALIFRONIA TODAY!
All I can say is do your homework, and read the other reviews. Do you want someone working on house that uses bad judgement and a track record of reckless decision making......Hell no!

These people DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RETURN CALLS! If I didn't have to use this company, I would find someone else! I'm stuck with these knuckle heads because they are the ones that put the roof on my house.
