Ann S.Leonard Clark owns the business. He has his own crew who do all the work on the roof. They came with a scissor lift dump truck to remove the old shingles and rotted decking and every night after they left, the yard was clean of debris. He uses the same brand of shingles as the two other estimates I requested, and his price was very reasonable.
He also did the roof on a West Volusia Habitat for Humanity house and the project manager was impressed with the work his crew did.
Because of the backlog, I waited almost five months for the work to be done. The job was completed in November 2018 and we have not had any problems with the roof or the three skylights they installed.
