After major leaking in our house due to a storm, I reached out to Arcenio and he responded within 15 minutes and came to our house within 1.5 hrs. He was super knowledgeable, helpful and HONEST. He showed us that the leak was due to some clogged downspouts but also inspected the roof thoroughly to check for other issues. He identified some issues that might be a problem in the future but said we should be okay for the time being. When I asked him what we owed him, he said nothing as he didn't do a full repair.

Leon Brothers offers competitive pricing and the owner is very responsive and concerned that the job is done right. Leon Brothers just put a new roof on our Victorian house in Alameda. We live across the country so it was a challenge when we started calling roofing companies until I found Leon Brothers Roofing. Arcenio Leon came by the houses within two days of calling for an estimate. He texted pictures of the house to show he was onsite. The contract was sent via email and signed with DocuSign. They are very organized and easy to work with. They sent pictures as they were working on the roof and pictures of the finished roof. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work, price and the time frame the roof was completed in. We highly recommend Leon Brothers Roofing. We would give them 10 stars if we could!

This follow-up review deserves some attention to those who are still looking for a trustworthy and high quality roofing company. As mentioned in my original review, my goal of installing a new roof is to prepare for a solar system install. The solar company finally showed up after many follow-ups (those who are in the process of installing solar would know what I mean). After their initial work of installing the rails to hold the solar panels, I texted Arcenio for an inspection as promised per our verbal agreement. He responded promptly and agreed to come out the next day. After inspection, he was very disappointed of the damage that solar company did to my roof on certain portions of the shingles and decided to fix all the issues for FREE. Again, no charge!! His team showed up within a few days and took care of the issues. Nowadays, with high labor cost and inflation, who would do anything for free? Arcenio's Team is the type of company that will stay around for a long time because their commitment of high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Even he insists of no charge, I will pursue compensation with the solar company as they are taking advantage of a company like Leon Brothers who stands behind their job. Whatever compensation that I will receive will go back to Arcenio's Team to award their hard work. Once again! Arcenio you rocks!!

I can't tell you how many roofers I talked to. Leon stood out to me initially bc of their great reviews, but after doing my own due diligence of calling around, scheduling appointments and getting bids, I'm so happy I ended up with these guys. Daniel was attentive and really understood the problem with our roof and how to fix it. He was one of the few that had proposed a solution I felt confident with. His crew was so great. They left the place looking like they had never even been there, they took the time to talk us through everything and show us first hand what was being repaired. These will be my go to guys from now on. I highly recommend them.
