I had work done with Len's Roofing back in June and 2 weeks after we had another hard rain come through the same shingles that they was supposed to have replaced went missing again so I called the owner was supposed to come back out and I said to him just paid you 2 weeks ago this should not be happening so he said that he would try and get the price lower for me and I am like that is unacceptable he never came out so I went into the office and his wife sent the crew back out and I wasn't charged so now we have had hurricane Helena and I had to have 3 other people come look at my roof and I didn't tell them that these same shingles I had them replaced in June so when they came down I was asked if I had work done recently and I said yes why I was then told that whoever did the work didn't do it right so I then told them who did the work Len's roofing is a rip off I don't advise anyone to use this Roofing Company if you have money to just through away then go for it but if you want a job done right then you had better call someone that isn't going to rip you off I also put them up on the BBB because why would you do this to people that have been in a disaster I pray that they are not used doing this storm I truly feel sorry for the people that use Len's Roofing so that there is no mistakes about it 311 8th St E, Bradenton , Fl 34208(941 896 7897)

Len's Roofing installed a metal roof on our house in September 2023. The roofing job closeout team left debris. During construction Len's Roofing stored roofing materials/debris on my neighbor's law overnight. Pictures attached.
During construction, the owner Lenworth Dacas stopped by while I was in a work from home meeting. I told Lenworth I was in a meeting and unable to talk with him. Lenworth then proceeded to bang on the front door with a metal flashlight. This damaged the metal and paint on the door. Police were called, Lenworth Dacas had remained on my property and was trespassed by the police department.
Received an estimate for the door repair for the damage Lenworth Dacas caused. Lenworth would not pay the full amount to repair the damage. I took Lenworth Dacas to small claims court (Case Number 2024SC407) and Lenworth Dacas received a court order to pay for the full price door repair.
Keeping this review objective, I would avoid hiring this company and working with Lenworth Dacas.

We hired Len's Roofing to replace a concrete tile roof and gutters on our house. Despite delays in tile delivery from the manufacturer (not Len's fault) and other, minor problems, we are very satisfied with the results. They listened to our concerns and worked hard to remedy all issues. We found everyone at Len's to be professional and a pleasure to work with.

The communication was poor on every level; from the office staff and Len. The price for the roof was within line but there were days where they started work without my permission. Each change order increased the price by thousands of dollars. The office staff failed to communicate arrival days or any delays and one lady said she was talking to me because she ""always got the difficult clients."" I don't think it's unreasonable that I get notified before they do an additional $2,300 one day and $1,700 another day & demand payment immediately. Len told me personally I would not be charged for some work; then the final bill came and I was charged another couple of thousands. The pictures they promised were lack luster and didn't include the full scope of the job. I should have a photo of any damage they say was present & charged me for.

We had our asphalt shingle roof replaced January 2022. These folks are fantastic down to a person. Can't say I am a professional roofer. But my parents owed plenty of property over the past 60 years. I put on a bunch of roofs starting at age 10 with pro roofers. They guys did a lot of repairs on our roof. I could not be happier with the quality of work. Or the price. For the work and time they put into it it was a deal.

Discovered a small leak near skylights on a short trip to our home in Parrish! Called Len's Roofing and found a very professional, honest, reliable company that fixed the leak on short notice. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I needed a replacement. They communicated Well by showing close up pictures of before and after repairs and detailed estimate. If you need roof repairs or replacement call Len's Roofing.
