We highly recommend Lenox Roofing! We heard about them from neighbors, and what initially impressed us was the work ethic of the salesperson, Mitch. We met with him and appreciated his knowledge and honesty. He helped us as we navigated through our insurance company and got a beautiful new roof! We were impressed with his group of 20 people who came, worked and left our yard cleaner than it was when they started! We were so impressed they finished within 2 days. Our roof looks great!! Had excellent results with this company, They went on the roof with the insurance guy, said it needed to be done and it was completed within two months. the Insurance company dragged it's feet with payout but Lennox did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. My roof was hail damaged and when I called some OTHER ROOF COMPANIES they either never called back or never came after making appointments with them. All work was done in a day, after cleaning up supervisor took pictures he left them last person came to inspect the job. Can't say enough how pleased we were.

Contacted to get an estimate, after waiting 20 minutes on hold, the rep who was very nice and pleasant came back to me and said that the owner is turning down your business with no further explanation.

So sad :(
