Poor quality and never completed the contracted work.

I contracted Francisco to pour concrete in the side yard, lay down patio tiles, and install an interior door and an exterior door.

After he claim he's finished, I inspected his work and identified the quality problems below. I asked numerous times for him to come and fix these quality problems, but he always promised tomorrow and never shows up. After two weeks, I let him go and hired a contractor to finish the work.

Quality Problems:
1) The trash never picked up and discarded (see pics).
2) The interior door molding has many visible screws and nails showing (see pics).
3) The applied stucco around the exterior door is not even with the surrounding old stucco; there are many bumps and dents in the new stucco around the door (see pics).
4) He tried to apply cement around the patio tiles to keep it from moving and left them looking very sloppy (see pics).
5) He installed motion sensor light, but does not work.
