We hired this company after several others failed to follow through with quotes or complete projects in a reasonable time. He completely renovated our master bathroom/bedroom/closet/office. We had to convert our garage into a bedroom and bath for my elderly dad and, concurrently, build another garage from scratch within 6 weeks. Leigh Construction had built an addition for my neighbor the year before that turned out very well so we asked Chad if he could finish the job within our time limits. From then on it was all hands on deck until the job was done; on time and perfectly according to our specifications. We appreciated the fact that Chad was frequently on the job site performing a lot of the work and guiding his subcontractors who were very competent and who obviously enjoyed working for him. Any problems were solved in a timely and professional manner and inspections were handled expertly. Materials and workmanship were top-notch. All things considered, we recommend Chad and Leigh Construction highly. If they handle your remodel or construction project you won't be disappointed.

If I could give minus 10 stars I would. Rude, liars, late, no communication. I could not even comment on the quality of their work. The person who came to do the estimate, Chad, was 2 hour late, promised an estimate in 2 days. A week later no estimate. I called ""oh, I forgot"" was his response. 24 hours later, still no estimate. Sent an email , no response. Called again, Chad is the only one who answers the phone, didn't know who I was, what I wanted. When I reminded him, he got snotty & rude. They are independently wealthy and only do construction for the fun, I guess. They aren't interested in my CASH payment. Go somewhere else, They obviously don't need any business.

As mentioned in the last review, we gave a nice office addition with multiple add-ons, the project was done in the time frame we agreed on and the workmanship was good and the prices were fair. The attitude's of ALL the people involved were very good and we will use this company again.
