I began my window order in August 2020. In November, after all the Covid stuff and storms wherever the windows are built, I got my windows in November 2020. Had that been the end of it, they'd be getting 5 stars from me. I received the wrong screens for my windows and it has taken until today 2/25/21, to get them all in the correct sizes.

I will say - I love my windows and doors! The people I dealt with were all really nice. I will say I think having these windows and doors during all the winter storms here in Texas was extremely beneficial. Originally I had single pane windows and these are triple pane. I didn't have electricity for 2 days and even though it was cold, my inside temperature was about 50F, so I was pleased with that.

I do recommend LEI, but I do believe they have a process problem, whether it's in quality control or somewhere else I can't say. The price was a little higher, but not much. Just be prepared to wait for any subsequent correction after the initial installation because they don't get their products from a TEXAS company, and they can't just drive a few hours to pick up the corrected products.
