I'm confused by the 5 stars. I saw all the great reviews and booked an appointment for someone to come out today. I was looking forward too it and waited over an hour. When no one showed I texted the man I scheduled the appointment with and he said, :""Hello
I'm trying to get ahold of my guy right now. He is not picking up. Let me find out what's going on. He was supposed to be there at 10""
That was 4 hrs ago and I never heard back. You would think he would want the business or at least apologize and offer to reschedule. Nothing! It's a bummer because I was sold by their website and reviews. Though now I've had a taste of their bad costumer service I'm just moving on to get quotes from other companies.

After the record heavy rains of 2023, our flat roof started leaking. The last time it rained hard we replaced our flat roof to the main house 16 years ago but the roof on the addition was still in good shape. This time it was the room addition that leaked. We had about 5 roofing companies give bids as the company that did our roof 16 years ago was no longer in business. It seems a lot of construction type companies don't last for more than 10 years. They all said the roof needs to be replaced for both the main house and the addition. Selecting a roof was more difficult this time because there were more options such as TPC and silicone roof coatings. Each vendor would swear by their product. Before it was two-layer roofing and now the standard is three-layer. After a lot of research, it came down to 2 companies that were offering essentially the same 3-layer torch-down system. Legends claimed they had a 20-year warranty that would be covered by the manufacturer should they no longer be in business down the road. I looked at the manufacture's website and fortunately, Legends Roofing was on the list of authorized installers while the other company was not. The manufacturer's customer service dept. confirmed that they would step in if there was a defect, and the original authorized installer was no longer around. That sold me right there because, as I mentioned above, many construction type companies do not stay in business for a long time. In addition, the Legends Roofing team had the best communication and customer service as the project manager, Robert, would come to the house frequently and answer phone calls quickly. I couldn't believe how patient they were with my wife. Good Job to all of you!

I don't ever usually leave reviews, but Legends deserved it.

We needed a new roof as the old one was falling apart, so I contacted a few well reviewed contractors.

Jesus came over and spent the longest with me out of all the contractors I spoke to. He was patient, knowledgeable and upfront. Their quote was extremely competitive and covered lots of things other companies excluded or charged extra for (permits, any replacement decking, extra layers of shingle to remove etc). They also offered zero interest financing with no payment for 12 months.

After some delays in getting started which was not their fault, it was due to continually rainy weather, Robert and his team arrived. They kept me informed throughout the process, took photos (and drone shots) of the roof coming off. They did a great job with the new roof and cleaned up thoroughly after it was completed.

The level of customer service was 10/10. Robert even came back after the job was completed to fix some small issues with the gutters, which wasn't part of our agreement but they kindly did it anyway.

I'm only going to use them from now on for my roof jobs.

I work for a property management firm in Old Town Pasadena. The roof of our building was leaking and causing problems every time it rained. Approximately 1 year ago, we contracted Legends Roofing to have our roof redone. They did an excellent job - installed it quickly and with minimal disruption to the tenants. They have also gone back to repair holes that were cut into it by sloppy HVAC workers, etc. Despite the heavy rains we experienced at the beginning of 2023, we have not had a single leak. We are very happy and highly recommend Legends.
