At 15, Colt Butcher started as a waterproofer working summers for A&M Waterproofing. Pete Adams, the owner, played a key role in shaping Colt's business ethics. Pete emphasized thoroughness and never cut corners. Colt understood that pride in craftsmanship is paramount. He believes the customer is the heart of the business.
