I had received a couple quotes for a roof replacement and Legacy came inline with the others. What stood out was the customer service and the time frame to get on the schedule and start to finish.

I would recommend Legacy to anyone in search of getting their roof replaced 100%!

Jordan was the first introduction and he was great from start to finish. He answered all of my many questions and kept me informed of the status. I did not have to guess where I was in the process or reach out like usual with so many other service providers these days. What he said was going to happen, is what happened and when he said it would happen, it did.

Prior to the tear-off, Valerie, in the office, let me know the schedule and what I should prepare and expect. In her defense, I did not read the email until the day after it started so I wasn't fully prepared for the roofers, but the document had every detail I needed to know.

Angel was lead and he reached out to let me know the plan. As mentioned above, I was not fully prepared but Angel went above and beyond to get the area prepared. He was there for my questions and the whole crew were very professional.

The roof was done when promised and easily passed the city's inspection!

I can not thank the Legacy Crew enough! They turned an expensive, stressful task into a walk in the park!

Buyer Beware! I had this company out to bid on roof repairs after Hurricane Ian. If you want to be scammed and pay more than 3x what you should- definitely call them! My bid from Legacy was about $7500- by waiting patiently for another roofer- I had the repairs properly and reliably done for $1500. You can do the math here- these guys are the type of 'family business' that takes advantage of others going through catastrophic times. But they do talk a good game and make you want to believe-- just don't!!!!!!!

very knowledgeable and I had a sense that he was being impartial, not pushing the highest priced option.

Legacy Roofing SRQ replaced our roof in April. Julian, the estimator was very professional, personable and courteous. He marked areas on our roof that were damaged (there was a lot), took pictures, answered all our questions, and filed an insurance claim all in the first visit. He followed up with us as the paperwork and claim progressed. When the workmen came, they completed the roof in one day and cleaned up everything. We are extremely pleased with the work and will recommend them with 5 stars.
