Legacy Roofing Pros are top notch! They don't just provide an amazing service, they also have the people and defined process to ensure a smooth experience. I originally connected with David Hanna, Co-Owner, about moving into a home with visible damage to the shingles. The next day he sent Travis Lown, Regional Sales Manager, to my home and conducted a thorough evaluation, reviewed the findings, and outlined clear next steps to initiate the insurance claim process. Let's just say even my adjuster shared a pleasant sentiment working with Legacy Roofing Pros. After approval and authorization of repairs, they were able to replace both the roof of my home and my shed (not pictured). They did a phenomenal job evaluating their work afterwards and ensuring no mess was left behind. I absolutely love my new roof and I'm so glad I went with Legacy Roofing Pros. Huge thank you to Travis who was so polite, patient, and attentive any time I had questions throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services.

Had a neighbor put on a metal roof with them and they had only good things to say, at the same time a patient of mine strongly recommended them as well, I wanted to do my due diligence and reach out for a consultation. Enter Dominique Gillmore. Felt total confidence in dealing with Mr. Gillmore, an upstanding guy, a veteran, and thoroughly versed in the roofing industry. Walked us through the whole process to make sure insurance was paying their fair share. Made us feel like family rather than just a chance at a quick profit. Quick turnaround time on the work. AM of crew is here at 6 am, wrapped up by 6 pm, and jobsite is cleaner than it ever has been before everyone left at 7. Outstanding foreman and crew, incredibly kind, thorough, but of course, most importantly, highly professional and skilled quality of work from everything I observed. Couldn't be happier. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Shout Out to OMAR ALONZO with LEGACY ROOFING PROS! He did a very thorough inspection of our roof and determined it needed to be replaced. After we made a claim with our insurance company, Omar handled everything! He made the whole process so easy, even working with the insurance adjuster. The hardest thing we had to do was choose the shingle we wanted! The crew arrived early and did a fantastic job! They were polite and appreciative of the cold water and popsicles we had for them since the temps were extreme. They picked up all the trash when the job was done. I am so relieved that I found Legacy Roofing Pros. Our town had a tornado hit it. There was so much hail and wind damage, just destruction everywhere. My guy, Darius, stepped to the plate and hit a homerun with me. He was there every step of the way, from meeting with my adjuster, handling paperwork, picking my new shingles with me, and clean up at the end. I have never contacted Legacy Roofing Pros. Yet, so far this week I have received 3 unsolicited spam texts from them. I do not know how they got my contact information. I wouldn't trust them to touch my roof considering how shady they are with trying to get business in the first place.

Continuously spamming via unsolicited texts. Reported as spam, and added them to my never-do-business-with list. After the first batch of negative reviews, they got sneaky and started calling themselves ""LRP"" instead of using their full name.
