I have tried to call this company for one week to get a bid to replace my roof. First the machine says the mailbox is full then the phone rings and after two rings it just stops ringing. I sent an e mail to them and no answer. Is this the kind of company I want to do my roof? Me thinks not. What a way to run a business.

I set an appointment with them and a rep came a few days after. After asking about what roofing system they'd use, the rep was taken aback wondering why I'm familiar with the roofing tiles. I told him he's not the first one I've talked to. He then tells me he'd just get a sat photo of our house to make the estimate of roof. Never bothered to ask for my email wherein I had to give him my email. It seemed he was no longer interested in the bid. As expected the quote never came. I wouldn't recommend even getting in touch with these guys just even for a quote.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. We just had our roof replaced last week on a home we just purchased The estimator came out for the estimate - he has a great, personable demeanor and is extremely honest. He gave us a quote and followed up a few days later to see if we had questions. They were the cheapest out of the 4 quotes we got. We decided to hire them and had them replace our roof within 2 days. They were quick and definitely experts. We didn't have to deal with the regular hassle that everyone has to deal with when it comes to any kind of contractor. Absolute waste of time. A guy showed up without a business card, says he cant go on the roof due to liability and after a week there was no bid. Terrible service and rude roof evaluator who actually asked for the Mr (husband) to speak with...Guess what I am a woman and own the house...there is no Mr. Condescending!
