    They drive crazy in the road and flip people off. I even have a video of them tailgating then flipping off after. Would highly not recommend this business especially when they have massive road rage they are CRAZY careless people.

    These guys have no concept of appointments. Twice I made appointments with them to meet me at my commercial building, and twice they showed up hours earlier. Today, my appointment was between 11 and 1, I was there at 10:30 to fins out that they showed up at 8 AM, did the repair work and left. I wanted to meet with them to point out other issues, but they had already gone. They show up when it suits them, not what's best for you as a client. I won't hire them again. They wasted so much of my time.

    Extremely happy with this company.
    Professional, courteous, efficient, quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Took care of small cosmetic details and cleaned up well at the end of the job. Coordinated well with the solar installer.
    Good looking roof.
    Really hard to ask for more than that.

    Legacy Roofing installed a new Pre Weathered Galvalume metal roof on our custom home in 2020. We love it and it looks great. The only problem so far is that condensation collects on the edge of the roof and drops down onto the concrete below. Our builder tried jury rigging a diverter to direct the water into the gutter with no luck. Ryan from Legacy was helpful but wasn't able to come up with a fix either. It's not a huge deal but it's kind of annoying to have to see puddles every morning, especially the two spots right next to our front door. There are about half a dozen spots around the house where this happens. If you decide to do a metal roof with them, I'd just advise you not to have concrete underneath any of the roof. It's fine on pavers or tan bark.

    Don't use this company,, unless you want impolite and rude people disrupting your neighborhood. The picture shows an example of how inconsiderate they are in parking, keep in mind the driveway they're blocking is not the house they're working on... I'm sure this speaks to hiring practices and how they conduct business in general. There are so many reputable roofing companies out there, yelp for another one!

    I dealt with Ryan from Legacy and he was super professional, easy to work with and he delivered on everything he promised.

    I LOVE my new roof! It was just installed this past week (June 2014) and his folks did a great job. I purchased the composite, Presidential and my home looks SO MUCH better than it did last week! I've already had friends calling me to tell me how great it looks.

    They started when they said they would, they did great work, cleaned up after themselves each day, and finished the job as they promised. They managed everything for me and gave me the piece of mind to go to work each day and not have to worry about the job.

    I don't plan to move so I hope I don't need a new roof on another house, but if I do, I will definitely hire Legacy Roofing again.

    This company was referred by the previous owners of my home, so I called to schedule maintenance and leak repair. I've called three times and left messages explaining the circumstances, yet no one has called back yet. I have given them over two months to respond, so I've ruled out that it's their busy season or that I'm being unreasonable. I have to assume that they just don't want the business. I shudder to think what their customer service would be like if they had actually scheduled a job!
