I went by our home yesterday that's being rebuilt in Coffey Park. To see the shingles going on our roof before more rain was great! Ken came down from the roof & we chatted a bit. Very sincere person. It looked beautiful to me. Can't wait to go home!

We were so happy with the new roof on our own home we had him put one on one of our rental homes as well.

We had a leak issue that turned out to be due to new sunroom windows installed after the roof but we called him first and they came out immediately.

Wish I could say the same about the Company that installed the sunroom windows!

I know it's late in the year and roofers are busy with the rains coming and everybody calling about possible leaks, but I must have called at least 10 different roofing companies with no response until today. Ken, at Legacy roofing return my call right away. He just left, after inspecting my roof, doing a minor repair, and recommending that I have him return in the summer for a roof maintenance. He did this at no cost to me. Although he was busy with several jobs, he took the time to stop by and take care of my roof. I will definitely be calling him again.

somebody below is asking for how Legacy serves people after the roof is on. Legacy put the roof on our house about 7 years ago. i have called them four times because i need some things done on the roof now. No phone call back. Sucks

This company does what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Ken and Debbie are friendly, honest professionals who I would recommend again and again.

I had four different roofing companies come out and give me widely variant estimates. Legacy's wasn't the cheapest, but it was comprehensible. I knew what I was paying for and why.

They looked like professionals, which is a considerable circumstance among a pool of questionable contractors that bid for the job.

I moved into a home that Legacy was supposed to have made repairs on 2 months earlier. I can't get on the roof so I don't know what they did. but all the gutters that were supposed to have been cleaned, were not! 5 inches of sand and dirt and plugged downspouts does not occur in 2 months. I called the office a few times to try and find out the condition of the roof and to find out what repairs were made, but no response. If you hire these guys, make sure you are watching them work. My biggest complaint is that they just didn't call back to respond to my question and they have a receptionist!

Reading all these 5 star ratings about roofs that were put on by Legacy. But how 'bout the after-installation customer service?
Worst storm in 6 years and my 3.5 year old roof got a minor leak. I called Ken while the storm was going on and told him to fit me in after all his other emergencies were taken care of.
His crew was here in 15 minutes! And I'm out in West County! Found & fixed the leak in no time flat.
Now that's excellent customer service!

I needed a new roof, and found the best man for the job!! Legacy Roofing removed the old roof, fixed all the dry rot and replaced with a new roof in two days flat! They did a very good job, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Having dealt with other contractors during my lifetime (77 years), I can say that Ken Garman is phenomenal. Definitely an old-fashioned workman .... careful, fast, honorable and certainly knows his stuff. I cannot recommend Legacy roofing more highly! :-)

I had 4 or 5 contractors come out and look at my roof. I liked Ken's straightforward style and his price was competitive. The crew showed up when they said they would and got to work. The install looks professional and I'm pretty confident I can forget about the roof leaking. I'm also confident that if any problems come up, a phone call will be returned.
Note for DIY'er's- I ended up doing my own tear-off and prep which ate into my repair time and stamina. Hindsight tells me I should have had them do the tear-off so I would have been fresh for the repairs.
