Terrible and unprofessional customer service, not sure where the recs come from, most likely from friends and family members. There is zero communication and response from them after weeks of inquiring, not even an acknowledgment such as, ""Thanks for your inquiry. We will get back with you as soon as possible."" I guess their priority is not to build their clientele profile and customer retention. I would absolutely NOT recommend.

We ended up using another company, received a response from them in the same day, they came out and gave us a written estimate the very next day.

Everything about working with Legacy was easy. From getting the initial estimate in one day to guiding us through HOA approvals. I had a great experience with this company. I love the way my patio looks from the floor up to the roof. I also like they are not as expensive as other companies I've talk to. The in-house financing was a major plus for me. Aqua is very convenient with low payments. Thank you again Shaun.

Worst customer service ever. I never experienced something like this from start to finish. They do not keep their word on anything. They do not communicate with each other at all. They are still some items that need to be fixed but I just got tiered of dealing with them. After I got my quote at the end they add more charges that where not there in the beginning. I think I should deserve a discount on the amount of time I had to wait for them to be done with the repairs and also for them not meeting the timeline. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.
