Hello, my experience with Legacy Contracting Solutions, Inc. has been one of the most unsatisfying experiences of my life. I should have done more research before hiring them. I am very, very unsatisfied with Legacy Contracting Solutions, Inc!!

Found this company through community page on F B, did my research, got multiple quotes from other companies and really was sold by the sales guy. Proposal was mid- priced, samples were easily delivered, questions always answered quickly. Looked at other projects and read reviews, and while there were good and bad, I was overall impressed so I signed on the dotted line.
When the demo crew rolled in, they were efficient, cleaned up after the carnage and were courteous to the property. The prep and repair guys did a nice job, although I will say the amount of screws and nails I kept on finding in the grass was a bit irritating, especially with dogs. Liked the fact they did a hot mop all over, but not thrilled with tar spots on my patio.
So far though, relatively pleased. Supply chain issues were starting and while it didn't affect my tiles, it did cause a swap out of foam adhesive to screws, if I wanted to continue with the install. Since the previous roof lasted 24 yrs with screws, and I saved a little money, I ok'ed the change.
Tiles were installed over a weeks time, but where the issues arose were the completion of the punch list items which seemed to drag on forever. Little things, like finishing the gutters, cleaning up the tar spots, patching some poorly cemented spots. More screws in the grass. Seemed to drag on about a month, but thankfully I still had the final payment on hold so I knew they'd come eventually.
Customer service was horrible. Any issues took like 3 days to get a reply, either via phone or email, many times after the crew showed up. I had to ask the crew leader about the white stains coming from some joints and he told me with some cement the lime leaks a bit. Totally normal. Said it would eventually wash away. 5 months and still waiting for that. And other homes that have been redone in my hood with similar coloring have no visible issues. So ""some"" cement means lower quality and cost savings on their end? Hmmm.
After completion, and final payment, I've not heard boo from them, which when someone dishes out 40k, I find odd, that someone wouldn't call to see how we like the job, could we recommend to others, would you write a testimonial etc. Nothing. So all in all, I'll say this- the roof looks good and hopefully will outlast my lifetime under it. But I think if I had to do it over again, I'd go elsewhere even if it cost a few dollars more.

They installed 12 ft higher sliding screen doors which kept on falling off
They came and put some masking tape on and told me to leave on for a few days and of course when removed the screen door keeps on falling off. They then told me this is what to expect from a 12 ft high screen slider
This is one company to stay away from
I only gets worse from here

Used them once..never again. Missed most important work resulting in waste of much money. Did not stand behind their work. Beware.

Legacy Contracting Solutions is a great company to work with. We've worked with them on dozens of projects. Lynne, their office manager, is always so helpful and organized. They truly care about each project, they're great at sticking to a schedule, and their quality of work is always exceptional.

BEWARE!!! My family member did business with them thinking that they were a professional outfit as they were seeing in the neighborhood. Contract for one price around $23,000 for a re-roof and after they were paid in full they sent another bill for approximately $4,000 for unauthorized work. It would have never been okayed if they would have just contacted the owner. Not professional! If a company was trustworthy they would contact the customer before a huge increase like this. My advice is try somebody else as even their price was higher but unfortunately made the decision to use them thinking that they were professional

The yelp review here from Debra B is bogus. How do I know? Because I have the other 1/2 of the duplex she is referencing in her misleading review of Legacy Contracting. Debra B and I share a roof at a duplex property. The entire roof needed to be replaced as replacing just 1/2 a roof is stupid and often causes unintended problems. After planning and budgeting the roof replacement, and AFTER everyone signed contracts to replace the entire roof, Debra B backed out and stated she could not afford to replace her 1/2 of the roof. Legacy Contracting handled the bad deal gracefully and canceled both contracts. Debra B did incur some minor expense because the contractor had already pulled building permits and more based on her and my SIGNED contracts. I've hired Legacy Contracting to replace roofs on my properties several times over the years and their work is A+ quality every single time. Dont listen to Debra B!

If you are smart you will stay as far away from Legacy Contracting Solutions, Inc. as you can get! I cancelled my job with them and they charged me over 1,000.00 dollars of mostly bogus charges! In fact half of their charges weren't even for my contract! They tried to charge me for all my neighbors charges after ""THEY"" cancelled his side of our duplex roof! Saying that they wouldn't roof his side if I didn't do my side also. It appears that they would rather not actually have to put a roof on a customer's home when it's so much easier to just take a thousand dollars from them and not actually do anything for them!
