The estimate, the explanation of the work, the installation and the clean up after all the work was done. It was quicker than we expected, roofing team were awesome. Once received deposit, schedule appointment. Came on time to do gutter seal and replaced a section. The next day, a leak on gutter and schedule to come and repaired it. Came early on that day and did the job. They really take care of customers. Fantastic!

My 90 yo mother needed her Mililani home reroofed along with termite/weather damage repairs and new gutters installed. After reviewing several estimates from roofing companies we settled on Leeward Roofing & General Contracting. We initially met with Jessie their estimator who was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He thoroughly inspected the entire roof as well as all termite damage to the facia and rafter tails. Brandi from their office emailed me a estimate within couple days which was reasonable and within budget. The reroof and repairs took 3 days to complete. The crew was professional and was very respectful to us as well as the property. After each day, they marched around the house to pick up all rubbish including roofing nails and left the property clean. Rocky (owner) showed up at the end of each day to check on the job and did a final walk around at the end to make sure we were satisfied. Brandi from their office kept us updated on the progress from beginning to end and answered all of our questions as they came up. After the reroof the gutters was installed in one day. After the first big rain we needed one of the downspouts adjusted. I texted Brandi on a Sunday not expecting a reply til Monday, but she promptly replied that she will check the schedule Monday morning and get back to me. She scheduled and sent 2 guys first thing in the morning and they were able to adjust the downspout.
We were completely satisfied with their workmanship and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leeward Reroofing & General Contracting to all my family members, neighbors, and friends.
