I have used Mr. Lee in the past and his work is very good and his prices were reasonable.
I called him to come over and give me an estimate on a very small job. I was shocked on the price that he quoted me! I guess when you are busy you feel that you can command exorbitant prices.
Luckily I was able to find a contractor to do the job for about 60% less than Mr. Lee

I am saying that I would not use him again only because he was taking advantage of the fact that he was booked and really didn't need the job, however that is dishonest in my opinion to take advantage of your customers in that fashion.

I would have just preferred that he would honestly say the he was too busy.

Lee has over 30 years experience and was able to come out the next day at a fair price and do some stucco repair. He listened to what I needed and even gave some suggestions . I deal with several properties and he will be my new go to guy! I definitely recommend him!

We called Lee on a Friday afternoon and within a hour he came out and gave us an estimate for the repair of our damaged drywall. We told him that we would like for him to do the work and he said that he would be able to do the job on Tuesday, and would start between 9-9:30am. Lee started within the time frame that he gave us and finished in 6 hours (all of the other contractors told us that it would take 3 days). Lee did an awesome job of matching the existing drywall and texture. Lee cleaned up after he was done and hauled away all of his trash. We would highly recommend him for any drywall repair work that you need to have done.
His prices are very reasonable!
