This company was established by Phil Lee and his son Bryan, focusing initially on commercial air conditioning. Initially, they took service calls by day and completed paperwork after hours. They grew the company to cater to both residential and commercial clients. The business was sold in 2011 to Tom Howard, a former employee. Today, we are trusted by over 6,000 clients in the Fresno and Clovis areas.
Tom worked alongside the founders, Bryan Lee, for several years before pursuing business school, hoping to escape the air conditioning industry. His efforts to leave the industry were unsuccessful. When Bryan decided to explore other business opportunities, he asked Tom to come back and take charge of the company. Tom has held the position of President at Lee's Air, Plumbing, Heating, & Roofing since May 2011.

Today an 84 year old widow friend of ours called Lee's service because her heater is out. The Lee's Technician came and did an inspection and estimate. Their quote was $21,000 to replace her heater. When I arrived at her house, I asked her if she signed the contract with Lee's and she said ""no"". Then I asked the Lee's Technician to leave her property and told him that this is Financial Elder Abuse! Then I called another HVAC contractor and he quickly repaired the heater today and only charged $400 total. If you are a senior citizen, widow, single mom, or any other person please watch out because they are only interested in scamming you out of your money. Watch out!

I was more than satisfied with the service I received from Lee's overall, and from the technician, Alex Garcia, in particular.
Lee's promptly responded to my request for service (on a Sunday), and Alex swiftly diagnosed and temporarily fixed the problem, while also explaining my options for updating my 35-year old system. We made an appointment for the following week, and the process and end result were both great. I would highly recommend Alex and Lee's to my friends.

Always responsive and super helpful when needing assistance right away. They installed our new system in the summer and responded pretty effectively and in a timely manner when they needed to check on system this winter.

Lees has far exceeded my expectations as far as prompt and professional service. My daughter came to me yesterday and told me her ceiling was a weird color- great- and when I looked it was clear there was sudden water damage that hadn't been there that morning. We called Lees and a technician was scheduled to come out later in the day. Shortly after the first call, my husband got word that the tech was unable to come that afternoon but would be out first thing this morning. I mention this because we were promptly reschedule before our appointment window even started. I was grateful that they were so proactive and I wasn't left to wait and then be rescheduled after sitting around. Later yesterday night, a new leak began in my dining room that was very severe. I was able to shut off my water, and waited for them to come out this morning to figure out what was happening. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text with not only a picture of our tech, Ernesto, but also a real time tracker of when I could expect him to arrive. That's great customer service right there! Ernesto arrived on time and was very professional. He took a look around my home and my attic to identify the leaking lines (thanks to some unwelcome attic guests). He estimated he would be able to come back this afternoon or tomorrow morning to do the repairs, and after checking their schedule he said he would be back this afternoon. Imagine my surprise when he came back about an hour later, ready to do the repairs!He kindly took into account that told him I am home with my kids all day, and thought that we would benefit from having our water turned on sooner rather than later. He and his partner (I'm sorry I did not get his name) quickly and efficiently fixed the multiple compromised lines in my attic and got our water back on. They will be back tomorrow to clean up the soggy insulation and reinsulate my attic. Based on the service so far, if I could give Lees 10 stars I would. Thank you Ernesto and Lees for your prompt and professional service. What felt like a nightmare situation has been repaired within 24 hours of me even realizing we had a problem to begin with.

Had a plumbing specialist come out, Ernesto. Was able to clearly explain potential issues, and was able to resolve the problem efficiently and professionally. Fully satisfied with Lee's and Ernesto. Will use them again for an other plumbing needs.

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received. So much so, that we signed up for their club membership to take advantage of our future maintenance needs.

Gustavo came on time, figured out the problem quick and efficiently as well as even found a temporary replacement until we can get a new motor installed just so our 10month old son isn't in a hot house! He did and AMAZING job! Great all around employee and definitely deserves a raise!

It took ( at this time) 3 visits and we are still not compliant with the City of Hanford. You still have not sent the smoke detector/ carbon detector info to the city. Very Frustrating. However, pn the positive side the air conditioner is working well and the staff was great. BUT PLEASE (!!!!!) full out the correct forms?
