Lee Roofing did a great job fixing a persistent water leak I've had and repairing numerous broken tiles. Within 24 hours of me calling, Justin provided me a quote. I received two additional quotes. Prices varied widely. One company tried to sell me a new roof. I picked Lee Roofing because they've been in business ~27 years, had favorable reviews, and Justin gave me what I thought was a fair price. He also assured me they would fix the leak. I liked his confidence. His crew arrived on time and soon after they started I could tell they knew what they were doing. The damage was more severe than we thought but they completed the job on time and on budget. I am a real estate agent and from now on I will recommend Lee Roofing to all my clients.

We recently used Lee Roofing to repair and re-roof a section of a home we have in Newport Beach. I dealt with Justin and the service could not have been better. He was very responsive and kept me up to date on everything throughout the process. He provided pictures as well so I could see the repairs made. His office was also very responsive and kept me informed when Justin was not available. I would recommend Lee Roofing if you have any roofing needs. Outstanding. Troy, Justin and their team re-roofed our vacation rental property this November. Aware that we had blocked the property for the work, and had a deadline when new renters were due to arrive, they kept up good communication to let us know in advance if there would be any delays. They started on time, finished a day ahead of schedule, left the property clean, gave very good advice on other work we are planning, and were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. It was clear from talking to the city inspector that he was equally impressed (but not surprised) by the quality of the work. And... they were the best price of all the quotes we got.

Lee Roofing is probably the most reliable and trustworthy Roofing company in the Newport Beach and Costa Mesa area. I am a real estate broker / property manager working for Beachview Realty in Newport Beach. I am actively involved with the building and home owners accounts we service in the Newport peninsula area and surrounding areas. I am in direct contact with all the vendors from plumbers, contractors, pest control, electricians and roofing companies. That being said, I am very familiar with all the companies that are reliable, stand behind their word and provide great craftsmanship on their work.
I learned about Lee Roofing by a new property owner account that was in the process of having a new roof installed. I was able to witness the entire process from start to finish. As I started managing the account, I was approached by the neighbor next door. He was asking me for the their phone number, he went ahead to tell me that during the roof installation and due to strong winds, pieces of roofing debris ended up on the side walkway of his property. The Lee roofing crew knocked on his door and they kindly asked for permission to access the side patio to have it cleaned every day, during the Roof installation. I was impressed by the kind of service provided that was confirmed by the neighbor so I had to give them a try and I am glad I did ! I met Troy, the owner and Justin, his son. They have been very good to work with, very personal and friendly, but most importantly, knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Furthermore, they have been able to customize their roofing recommendations with options that fulfilled the needs of our property owners.
For the past two years, they have serviced approximately 20 of our clients.

These guys seemed so nice over the phone and when they came out to my home. The only problem, they NEVER called back with my quote and when I called and asked about it they acted like I was bugging them and said I'd have it by the end of the day possibly. That was 3 weeks ago, NEVER a call.
I did get another company to come out that was FANTASTIC, showed up when they said they would, very nice and professional and had the work done within the week.

IF you are looking for an HONEST ROOFER then look no further. I had a small leak from one of my skylights so I called a few roof repair companies. Lee Roofing was the 2nd company to stop by to check it out. The other two companies that came both gave me a quote to repair or replace my skylight and both were over $1,000 (one was actually over $2,000). Lee Roofing took the time to show me the skylight actually didn't even need to be replaced at all but I could just caulk it myself in one little spot because the rest of it was in great shape. He even walked the rest of my roof to give me advice on a couple other things, then to my surprise said ""call me if you need any more help"". That was it, HONESTY and great service from a company not looking to do a job that didn't need to be done.

Had a very small repair job prior to the last round of storms. Justin came right out, gave me a fair estimate and the work was done very quickly. No more leaks! I would definitely call them again!

I was very happy with the service from Lee Roofing on a rental condo. As a result of the unaccustomed rains in Southern California, the roofing companies were inundated with calls in February 2017. Several of the companies I called were too busy to reroof my garage because they were concentrating on whole roofing contracts. Lee said they would work us in during the short window between rains. That's exactly what happened. It rained Monday & Tuesday, no rain on Wednesday and Thursday and then it rained on Friday. Our roof was completed on those two non-rain days. They offered a schedule which they adhered to and completed on time. In order to match several other new roofs in our area, they special ordered 2"" x 6"" coping metal with a baked on enamel in a matching color. Before they started work, they covered items in the garage with plastic sheeting that the new tenants were slowly moving in. Justin Alexson, the foreman, kept in contact with us regarding work being done and when the workers would arrive. They are to be commended on this trait because it is rare in the contracting business. The crew arrived on time and were fast but thorough on each of the 2 days. They invited me to view their work after the first day and on a final inspection. Also, each day, the crew cleaned the area around the garage and any inside mess and hauled it away I was given a 5 year workmanship warranty that I am confident they will honor, if needed..

These guys are problem solvers! My roof is tiled with a product no longer being manufactured and during a deck construction, many tiles were broken in 8' X 12' section. Other roofing contractors I called wanted to replace the entire backside of my house, at great expense, and with a product that would only match the front in color, not in texture. Justin and Troy visited a roofing salvage yard and found the product we needed. Scheduling was easy and my roof is whole again. It's no wonder these guys have been in business for almost 70 years.
