Among the roofers I recommend to my clients Brian is always the most responsive and transparent; true customer service chops. Coordinating with this company is as efficient as it is pleasant. The quality of their work speaks for itself. 5 stars for the Lee family all the way.

I had a great experience working with Lee Family Corp to fix the leak in the roof of my Victorian home. Brain Lee came quickly to access the issue and provide an estimate for the repair. Despite the full work schedule, Brian was able to fit the job in and complete the repair in the time frame he estimated. I would highly recommend Lee Family Corp and would definitely work with them again.

We had a leak in the roof of our three story Victorian. We called several companies with strong Yelp reviews. We had several flat out turned down our request to come and give us an estimate. Some companies will not set foot on our roof. Brian Lee did come and provided an estimate that was far less than the other company's. They were very busy but since our repair was not that that big he said he would try to fit us in within the next 6 weeks. He did come three weeks before his estimated time. In the end he said it was such a small problem he wouldn't even charge us. Homeowners in San Francisco many times feel they have to pay premium prices for questionable quality and reliability. It's likely we will need a roof replacement or more repairs in the near future. I wouldn't think of contacting anyone but Brian Lee.

I own several properties in San Francisco. Chris and now Brian have always installed, repaired, and maintained all of the roofs. Why? I never have to worry about fairness. Their price is always reasonable given the work to be done. The quality is excellent. They never suggest work that isn't prudent to be done. I have never had a problem with the work other than those brought about by time. That's right I have used Lee Family for over 20 years. I even had them install 6 replacement windows in the rear of one place. One other thing I have noticed is how quickly they complete the work. The speed is accomplished by having an experienced work team. This is always the experience I have had. Oh, did I mention, they are polite and courteous. What could be better?

I would give Lee Family 6 stars if I could. We had a water leak in our newly purchased single family home in SF. I feared we would need the entire roof replaced since it's an old roof. I called four roofers. Brian was the first to come by a day after calling. He wore a mask, asked some questions and then was on the roof inspecting. Turns out he said the roof still had life and just needed a repair in one spot. He also gave me a quote on the spot that was reasonable, but said he recommended waiting a couple days for the next big rain and to circle the spot in the ceiling to confirm it's not getting any bigger. After the rains I confirmed the problem was isolated, Brian came back squeezing me into his tight schedule a day before a big storm. They arrived on time, fixed the problem, doing a little more work than was anticipated, but stuck with the same fair estimated priced. All around great experience. I will have Brian back in a few years to redo the entire roof.

The ceiling near our front door collapsed Friday night due to a leak. We were not too hopeful of finding someone on Saturday. After a couple of calls, my husband was able to connect with Brian at Lee Family. Brian promised to drop by in the afternoon. He updated us on his arrival time and showed up promptly!

After examining the roof, Brian advised that it was not the roof that was leaking, but a backed up downspout. He cleaned out the debris from our gutter and helped us caulk the downspout free of charge!

Brian took the time to come out on a Saturday and allayed our fears of a bigger issue. We will definitely contact Brian when we need to replace our roof!

With all of this torrential rain, I had a drain pipe start leaking in my garage. I called Brian (Lee) yesterday and he came out today, in horrible weather, so that he could save me the trouble of having to call a million different people to figure out what was going on. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue, connected me with the right person to fix it, and didn't charge me for the trip. He will definitely be getting our business when it comes time to fix/redo our roof. Honest, nice, and responsive. Can't ask for much more!

I had a fantastic experience with Brain. Our ceiling started to leak after a storm, and he came to look at the roof a day later. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, at more than a fair price. We had called to other companies, and all of them required a $500-600 fee just to give an estimate. We will need a full reroofing in the near future anyway, and we will definitely be calling Lee Family Roofing for the job.
