Responsive, skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly - Our experience with Lee Family was excellent. Brian came promptly to assess a leak in our bathroom ceiling and fit us in to complete the small roof repair job within a week of our first contact! Brian's quick and effective solution undoubtedly helped us avoid additional ceiling damage, as it poured rain for multiple days after he completed the repair and not one drop came through. Brian even checked in several times during the rainy week to ensure we were happy - top-notch customer service! We would not hesitate to work with Lee Family again on any project. Highly Recommend!

The Lee family (first Chris, now his son Brian) has done work for both my small business and my house. They have done complete roof replacements at both locations, patched a leaky lightwell at my business, and recently replaced a shattered skylight above my home bathroom. I used to use them because their prices were really reasonable, but after several interactions and consistently great service, I'm a loyal life-long customer and would proudly refer anyone to them. Friendly, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced.

There was a leak from the second floor small rooftop area that leaked into the first floor commercial space when it was raining. This rooftop area was newly installed and the roofer that was hired to do the job stopped picking up. Figures.... I called multiple roofing companies and everyone was booked until Mid January. Brian was one of the few companies that picked up the phone. He was able to come by the next day. He found where the leak came from immediately and quoted me a price to redo the downspout and re-seal that rooftop area. It was in between the days that San Francisco was having a huge down pour of rain and I knew Brian was super busy with other roofing jobs, but he was able to finish the repair just in time for the rain. 7 days of rain later, no more leak! He was also able to go on the rooftop of the building and assess and did a few patches for me to make sure there were no leaks. I would definitely hire Lee Company again for any roofing needs!

Our roof had a leak from our bathroom and into the basement. After consulting with another roofer and being told we needed a brand new roof, Brian came by and told us that only one section of our roof needed to be fixed. The first roofer wanted us to replace the roof for $17k. We felt so lucky to find Lee Family. After the consultation they came back in two days and fixed our roof. Their price was fair and we haven't had any problems since. I would definitely recommend Lee Family for any work you need done on your roof.

I had a great experience working with Lee Family Corp to fix the leak in the roof of my Victorian home. Brain Lee came quickly to access the issue and provide an estimate for the repair. Despite the full work schedule, Brian was able to fit the job in and complete the repair in the time frame he estimated. We had a leak in the roof of our three story Victorian. We called several companies with strong Yelp reviews. We had several flat out turned down our request to come and give us an estimate. Some companies will not set foot on our roof. Brian Lee did come and provided an estimate that was far less than the other company's. They were very busy but since our repair was not that that big he said he would try to fit us in within the next 6 weeks. He did come three weeks before his estimated time. In the end he said it was such a small problem he wouldn't even charge us. Homeowners in San Francisco many times feel they have to pay premium prices for questionable quality and reliability. It's likely we will need a roof replacement or more repairs in the near future. I wouldn't think of contacting anyone but Brian Lee.

I own several properties in San Francisco. Chris and now Brian have always installed, repaired, and maintained all of the roofs. Why? I never have to worry about fairness. Their price is always reasonable given the work to be done. The quality is excellent. They never suggest work that isn't prudent to be done. I have never had a problem with the work other than those brought about by time. That's right I have used Lee Family for over 20 years. I even had them install 6 replacement windows in the rear of one place. One other thing I have noticed is how quickly they complete the work. The speed is accomplished by having an experienced work team. This is always the experience I have had. Oh, did I mention, they are polite and courteous. What could be better?
