My house had been having problems with unknown leaks whenever there was a storm or really heavy rain since the day we moved in and we could never figure out the problem! We hired a bunch of contractors and handymen and they could never figure out the issue either! One of our Handymen told us it'd be good to get the roof checked out so we did and Jeff came and gave me a fair estimate. He was very professional and respectful not to mention always arrives in a timely manner! After the job was done, we found that there was still a leak! I figured it must've been something else, but just to be sure I had Jeff come and take a look at it.

In just under an hour, he locates and finds a small crack in the between the walls and started dumping water into that crack. Lo and behold, that crack was the cause of my 5 year long problem!! They don't call themselves the Leakmasters for nothing!

Big thanks to Jeff, his team, and the front desk lady for providing such great customer service! Very happy with the service you guys provided! If anyone has a roof problem or leaking problem, I'll be sending them your way!

Called and tried their online form at least 3 times asking for an appointment/estimate. No one bothered to respond. I used their company in the past and follow-up was much better than now. Maybe they've gotten too big and my job too small. Other very big companies came out in just a few days to assess my roof and provided detailed estimates in a timely manner.

Leakmaster did my roof in 2013 with the silicone coating. With my contract I had a 7 yr. warranty. Called them in Nov. 2017 because somehow water was getting trapped under the silicone causing blisters on one side of my roof. Called Leakmaster, and they honored my warranty. They came back to fix the problem. Three months later, Feb. 2018 the problem came back again. Apparently they did not fix the problem. Called them back again, twice. Donovan, the person that schedules the job assured me that he will get back to me. Never did. I refused to called them again, which would be my third time. Went with another Roofing company. Problem solved. Stay away from Leakmaster. Not worth the headache chasing & waiting for them. Not reliable.

Prompt, professional, courteous , excellent communication with clients is how I would describe my experience with the LeakMaster staff.

After reading great reviews about this company on Yelp. I called them for help on Tuesday 5/9, to come evaluate my soon to be home. It has a 26 yr old monier tile roof with visible cracks in certain areas. I was also fearful of water leaks and termite damages underneath the roof.

Ian returned my call that morning fairly fast but I was unable to answer since I started at work already. When I call back, I spoke to Brian instead, he was very courteous on the phone. He said let's see if we can get you in today and he did. He gave me their technician Ty's number to call. I called Ty and text him requested him to not walk on the roof because it's old and might break more tiles. He obliged and was still able to give me a through oral report over the phone and promised a written report in a few days. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to converse with. There was no no pressure from him to do the repairs he recommended. As matter fact, he recommended a handyman to do some of the work since he felt it would save me money. Over all he said my roof is still good, no need to replace it yet, he found no leaking, did noticed some termite damage that was properly repaired already. By the end of my conversation with him, I was sure that if I were to proceed with the repairs he suggested or if I need to recoat my roof in the future, LeakMaster Roofing would be the company I choose to do these work.

Ty contacted me today. He is going to send me the written estimate. I am looking forward to reviewing the quote and will use him with out a doubt. Thank you so much Ty, Brian, and Ian at Leakmasters Roofing. You all are awesome! Highly recommend this place.

We (brother and two sisters) own 3 single-family homes (rentals) in Kaimuki & though their roofs were not leaking, they're old and we wanted to do preventive maintenance so we researched this company and found that they were members of the better business bureau with A+ ratings because a friend of mine owns a commercial building in Kakaako and told me he was very happy with their work. Got a quote and decided to go with them. Decided to spring not only for silicone coats (more expensive but superior to acrylic) but also a metal tie-down bar which runs along the periphery, providing extra protection against wind uplift damage (remember 2015 when satellite photos showed five major hurricanes around Oahu simultaneously? Only gonna get worse with global warming!). They provided expertise also in terms of roof structural integrity & making sure soft areas of the roof did not represent either termite damage or wood rot which needs repair prior to their work. Hire them without going any farther, you won't be disappointed!

This is the second time I've used LeakMasters. I was so impressed with the work they did to repair our roof several years ago that when this new leak started, on a different area of our roof, I knew I wanted them for the job. The workmanship is excellent, their crew is courteous, and communicate with you throughout the process. They don't leave until they've cleaned up and hauled away the debris from the job so you don't have to worry about any mess to your yard or, in our case, no mess to our pool or deck. They follow up promptly with a call about the finished work and do a walk around to make sure you are satisfied with the job. I highly recommend LeakMasters and will use them again, if I ever have another leak.

I'm completely happy with the recent job on my Monier tile roof.
The estimator, Jeff Kimbrel, patiently explained the process and answered all my questions both at the beginning and at the end. He repeatedly sent me the addresses of completed jobs for me to look at the color as I made my color choice. I never felt rushed or was made to feel frivolous. I love the color I chose!
Once I made my color selection, my job was quickly scheduled. The crew, Sean Higdon and LaVon, came on time, were friendly, focused and professional, and meticulous. They not only power washed the roof as the first step, they power washed the walkway, my driveway and all gutters and eaves below that had become soiled during the power washing (after all, water flows down!). They took the time to do it right, resealing where gaps appeared after the first go-around even though that meant coming back the next day to spray the coating. Sean completely painted under my hot water solar panel and the edges of the panels themselves! I was truly impressed! This crew demonstrated the highest integrity and caring in their work. Truly commendable!!
Now my house - roof, eaves, walkway and surroundings look brand new! A ""new lease on life"" for my house!! Thank you Jeff, Sean, LaVon and Mr Rogers for a great job and a well-run company that I'd certainly work with again and recommend my friends, family and clients work with.
