Hired Roy Leach to do small repair. He inspected and quoted $250 but Roy sent an estimate for more. So I reminded him of his $250 price and he said he meant to quote $250 and revised the contract. He promised to send me photos of each stage of his work so I'd know what was done. He set the job on Saturday. He was up on the roof and left. Ever since he won't answer emails or texts. I have NO IDEA if he did the work! All he has to do is communicate but he won't. ROY LEACH PLEASE CONTACT ME AND SEND THE WORK PHOTOS YOU PROMISED SO I CAN PAY YOU. If you didn't do the work what did you do on the roof Saturday? I need to know the status before it rains again!

I am very much pleased with the work that Roy and his partner accomplished replacing the roof of my home. The attention to detail is admirable, from replacing fascia, to metal valley trims, the art-like placement of roof shingles, to painting vents, and so much more that I may have missed, all made the house look brand new. Roy is a friendly and approachable man who kept constant communication with me to let me know what work he'd be doing that day. I appreciate his professionalism and the completion of the work in such short time. I highly recommend Leach Roofing!

After a week's worth of rain and hail, found water stains on my loft and kids' bedroom. I called Roy in the morning, and Roy came by at 7pm. He was able to determine the cause of the leak even at dark. He returned 3 days later and worked on my roof for about 4hrs. He removed and replaced a few cracked tiles, and replaced underlayments on two sections of my roof. He noticed one missing tile on the side of my roof, decided to install one free of charge..wow, what an awesome guy! Now, the price...I cannot believe his services are affordable! As a North Fontana resident, a lot of contractors immediately think you have TONS of money. They will charge you with ridiculous prices and or upsell you. Glad we found Roy, his bid was half of those other contractors. Thanks to Angela, too, for helping me coordinate with Roy.

FYI - dont give up when calling Roy. Leave a voice message and text message, he has a lot of customers. Roy does all the work himself. Lastly, Roy is the type of person you would want to spend bbq, fishing, and whatnot. What an awesome personality!
