I wasn't going to leave a review, but I kept getting emails and texts asking me to leave one. I did write back and tell them I was unsatisfied, but they ignored my email and kept sending more review requests, so here we go;
They didn't wash all the windows they were supposed to, and didn't replace the screens on the ones they did. Also found A LOT of leaves in the gutter spouts they supposably flushed.
Obviously didn't respond when I emailed them about it.

LCS did a wonderful job pressure washing our deck, gutters and driveway. They also did a soft pressure wash on our roof and looks brand new. They were quick to get an appointment set up and were very friendly. We will continue to use them and we highly recommend them.

I am very happy with LCS. I have been in dire need of a good power washing for my patios, driveway, house, and needed my gutters done too. I saw this place on Yelp, and decided to chance it. They came quick, the same week I called, and I didn't even need to be home. I know how badly this stuff needed to be done, and I wasn't expecting perfection because it had been way overdue. They really did a great job, and were reliable, fast, and the value was fantastic! I'm honestly not sure how much it should cost, but the other company quoted me way higher, and that was before even coming out to give me an estimate. They just said their prices started out at such and such. Also, I love that this is more of a one-stop shop. They handle the gutter and power wash as well, where as the other places I called did not do both. I was thrilled with the job done, the promptness, the service, and the fact they offered me a price before coming out, saving the time of an estimate hassle. I am so thankful to have found this place. I would not hesitate to use them again.

My home was way overdue for gutter cleaning, so I contacted LCS Pressure Washing to do the job for me. First off, scheduling their service was very convenient. All I had to do was send them an online quote request form along with a few pictures of my home, and they were able to quickly respond back with the estimate; completely eliminating the hassle of having to set up an in-person home consultation before getting an estimate. Within a week, they scheduled me in for gutter cleaning. I admit that their price was on the higher side in comparison to others ($50 more than what I had paid another place last year for gutter cleaning), but the quality of their work was superb. They thoroughly cleaned out my gutters, leaving no mess behind. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

My house and driveway look brand new. They even cleaned the sides of my gutters, outdoor cushions, and decorative lattice. There wasn't any leftover debris on ground. I will definitely use them again. They serviced my home in Dawsonville.

I would definitely recommend LCS Pressure Washing. They were very professional, showed up on time, and great customer service. I had my house, deck, driveway and porch cleaned. Used this company today for pressure washing driveway, sidewalks, retaining wall, back deck, and front porch brick steps. Got an estimate via phone, scheduled within a few days, and arrived right on time. Very professional employees, and equipment. Fair pricing for all they did!
