With all the rain lately, our apartment roof began leaking. I contacted Luis at LCG Roofing, and he responded right away! He went to the apartment unit that same day and assessed the problem. He sent pictures of the roof since it was a two story building, and an estimate immediately. His price was reasonable and competitive. He completed the job the next day as scheduled, sent new pictures and did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Luis demonstrates excellent communication and I went with his bid for this reason. He showed trustworthiness and responded very quickly to any concerns I had regarding the repair. He explained (with pictures) what had happened to our roof to cause the ceiling leak inside our house. Then he explained what needed to be done and gave a competitive bid. I know they did the job properly because they removed the entire skylight to fix the surrounding area and documented the process with pictures. Would definitely call again if any roof issues in the future.

He diagnosed the issue and helped clean up the leaves on the roof before sending another employee over in the same day to seal the roof. Luis and his team were very quick to respond and were very easy to work with throughout the whole process. Came and spend about three days doing a thick elastomeric coating on our old roof and sealed everything up tight. Even handled the warranty for us. Price was very reasonable and has definitely allowed me to put off a whole new roof for several years to come.

Luis and the LCG team are amazing. We needed part of our roof overhang trimmed and new gutters installed, and they responded quickly, did awesome work for a fair price, had excellent communication throughout, and demonstrated some of the highest character I have seen in a contractor.

Having gone through a major remodel this year I've interacted with a lot of different vendors and contractors, and a common theme has been that people generally do a good job with the specific task they are hired for but don't care at all about other aspects of your project. LCG Roofing was a wonderful exception to this rule. On the day that Luis came out to see our roof project he noticed that we were about to lay down redwood decking. He suggested we wait a couple days until the roofing was done because he didn't want anything to fall and damage the beautiful new wood. On the day of the project he invited me up to the roof where he pointed out a few other issues with our roof, offered suggestions for how/when to fix it, but didn't give me any pressure to do it with them. His team worked fast and our new gutters look beautiful. After they were done I noticed that they had gone above and beyond to tar the ventilation ducts that had been installed by other people so that the whole roof looks uniform.

In summary, I absolutely enjoyed working with Luis. Would 100% hire LCG again for future roofing projects.

My wife and I just had a wood deck patio that needed to be protected from the runoff from the roof.
