Luis was very responsive and he helped walk me through all the details of the process. I got multiple other quotes but often times they made me feel like fixing our roof was a hassle and inconvenience. Luis and his team were the opposite.

They did a great job on our roof. There were a few small issues when the job was completed (we were out of town during job), but Luis was very quick to come by and review them. He made sure i was happy and the job was done right. He and his team were over the next day to fix things and make sure we were happy. I'd gladly recommend LCG roofing!

Following the heavy rains last month, we had a slow leak in our roof. LCG came out for an estimate within days. They identified the problem right away, and revealed that another company had misidentified the source of the leak. We scheduled the repair and the problem is fixed, and they also identified other possible issues and fixed those too. We would definitely hire them again.

Came through after a hard rain. Inspected the cement tile roof and gave me an assessment, moving a tile back into place and leaving without a charge.

Decided to move forward due to timing and hire them to repair the leak. They were priced the same as the two other quotes. They discovered the source, replaced all the underlayment, repaired all the ridges, cut two valleys and replaced broken tile.

Happy with the service. Any cement tile roof friends hit me with questions.

VERY happy with my new roof!!!! Luis responded to my call within a hour, came by to do an estimate that day. Very professional, on time, always answered my calls and any questions I had throughout the entire process. When the guys showed up to the job, they were punctual, covered everything with plastic in my garage, they were communicative and hard working the entire time. With all the rain lately, our apartment roof began leaking. I contacted Luis at LCG Roofing, and he responded right away! He went to the apartment unit that same day and assessed the problem. He sent pictures of the roof since it was a two story building, and an estimate immediately. His price was reasonable and competitive. Luis demonstrates excellent communication and I went with his bid for this reason. He showed trustworthiness and responded very quickly to any concerns I had regarding the repair. He explained (with pictures) what had happened to our roof to cause the ceiling leak inside our house. Then he explained what needed to be done and gave a competitive bid. I know they did the job properly because they removed the entire skylight to fix the surrounding area and documented the process with pictures. Would definitely call again if any roof issues in the future.

Came and spend about three days doing a thick elastomeric coating on our old roof and sealed everything up tight. Even handled the warranty for us.
