So I have had the worst experience with this company... My home warranty company set me up with them, because I have an electrical issue in my house and obviously don't have any other options besides going with what my home warranty company says to do.

They were supposed to come to my house today between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.... They never showed up. And on top of all of that, they didn't even bother to call me and communicate with me that they would be late. I then repeatedly tried to contact them via phone, and they didn't answer.

My home warranty company was even able to get a hold of them, but whenever I called, no answer. I eventually called my home warranty company back and got a new service provider.. while on the phone with the home warranty company I get a text message from this awful company saying that my appointment has been cancelled... What a joke!

After I hung up with my home warranty company I called this company back one more time and they finally answered... The receptionist was very nice and apologetic but I will end with this: if this is the way a company does business, being super late, and on top of that not communicating one bit... I want no part of them. I try to have a lot of grace, but there is no way I would ever do business with them again.

Thus, one star.
