Lame that they have to charge to do an estimate if it's insurance related. You may want to rethink charging people. Your company will make money if it's insurance related. I wish I could give you a zero rating. FYI I know the costs of remodeling too.

Thanks for responding your answer is not justified. The estimate will be a significant markup in materials and overhead and now you want to add more. You will be paid upon completion of the job. It's not right to double dip with costumers.

I will definitely use Ben and his company for future renovation projects. As the boss he is very communicative with his workers and responsive to calls or concerns during and after the project. He and his guys are cheerful and positive and they clean up after themselves each night. We lived in the house during Reno of the kitchen, dining room and 2 bathrooms and managed to be pretty normal. My bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. While the design choices were up to me Ben gave input that was valuable and made the design in the shower much more interesting.

I had LBC Construction Services do a renovation/ remodel on my home and was extremely satisfied with the results. They replaced all the flooring and remodeled both of my bathrooms. We had serious bathroom problems. Leaky faucets and a steady collection of water dripping. Ben accessed the situation and we went with him. He was always reachable and a good communicator, especially pricing.

We expeditiously found ourselves with a custom vanity, quartz countertop, new lighting and fan along great workmanship and finishing in about 2 weeks! And a great price, to boot.

I would highly recommend LBC Construction. We had an interior wall removed, that also involved some electrical and flooring work to be done. He and his staff were professional, communicative and courteous. Work was completed as promised. When our budget allows, we will definitely use them again for other improvement projects we intend on doing.

I asked LBC to totally redo my kitchen and they did an amazing job, better than I was expecting. Ben provided quick, fair quotes and stood by them. He was very responsive and kept me up to date with all phases of the project. Will be using them again.

I can't say enough about Ben and his employees. I have had bad experiences in the past with other contractors so I am very leery of hiring contractors to do work and I generally try and do things myself to avoid the problems. This time I needed a slab put down for a rather large greenhouse and it was beyond my ability so I checked out Yelp and he was rated best in my area.

From time of quote to completion was far quicker than expected and the job looks amazing and Ben kept me informed at every step! I can't say enough about his professionalism and work ethic which is extremely hard to find within the contracting world and I would definately go to Ben for any future projects.

From my experience I would highly recommend him!

We had someone come out to give us an estimate on adding a bathroom. The guy came completely unprepared, he even asked for paper and a pen and had no measuring tape either. He said he had no idea why he was here. That's too bad he was so unprofessional, considering the ""great"" reviews on yelp. We will take our business elsewhere. Thanks
