I was in need of a new roof and I contacted Roberto for a roof replacement estimate a few months back, he was the first one who came out and gave me a honest quote due to the condition of the house. He was pretty upfront with possible charges he could see due to the multiple layers this house had. He answered all my questions and was able to fit me into his schedule after a last minute change. On demo day when roof was removed he texted me photos of the condition of the wood underneath and helped in replacing some wood without any extra charges. I would honestly recommend him for any roof replacement or repairs... he met his timeline for completion and made the whole thing hassle free and also kept us informed on when the inspections were completed.

I needed a few columns of shingles replaced after I had a poor handyman job where he stacked a new metal valley on top of the old one and damaged all the neighboring shingles to shove it under. Roberto was easy to communicate with throughout and on time (early might I add) on the day of the work. Obviously only time will tell but his and his team's workmanship is excellent. They did everything properly without shortcuts from putting new underlayment to extending the shingle repairs out a bit further than the damaged area. They even did some extra touches I requested to ensure the new shingles would last, and hauled away all trash at the end. Hopefully won't need to see any roofing work again for a while but I would definitely be a repeat customer.

Came out due to a roof leak on my 35 year home. Patched the initial problem (due to rain could not do immediate repair) no charge and gave my options for partial roof repair or replacement of underling with total roof treatment. Had second leak while waiting for rain to stop long enough to do complete roof, came out and fix that leak no charge. Choose the complete roof underling replacement and replace bad tiles. Showed up with crew at 8am detailed exactly what would happen and when. Every night cleaned up like they had never been there so we could enjoy the house every night. It's rare to find any contractor who shows up every day on time and delivers exactly what he said he would. Have a friend who does commercial roofs who felt the price was great. I'd use him anytime!

Part of our roof was coming off due to high winds. Our metal roof was catching the wind which caused multiple shingles to fly off. We called Robert and he was able to show up within 30 minutes and nailed down shingles to stabilize that part of the roof and prevent further damage.

I called and scheduled them for a quote on repairing a few areas of my eaves that had dry rot and termite damage. It seemed like the inspection and measuring of the areas was done professionally
I waited a week after their visit/inspection and got no response, so I texted to ask if he could provide a quote. Again, no response!
I would have appreciated it if he would have just answered me that the job did fit his company, or was too small, or whatever reason, but to not respond at all is infuriating! I would not recommend.
